論旅行住宿哪家強，要數新疆庫爾勒博斯騰，簡直就是服務內卷界的典範。入住兩天，兩位24小時管家（62號和133號）貼心服務，每天都是十幾件衣服清洗，不僅要區分顏色，精細服裝還親自手洗，皮鞋打油，白色運動鞋連鞋底都擦的乾乾淨淨。早上送果盤，晚上牛奶宵夜，還有全天供應的各種養顏美容茶飲，建議住客帶着墩墩壺打包，滿足一天飲水量。酒店地處老城區中心位置，步行五分鐘就是熱鬧的廣場夜市，出門就是社區服務中心，蔬菜水果和各種早點供應充足，等南疆一圈游回來，一定要再次光顧這家酒店，不為別的，回家後不用為了洗衣服發愁了

Plus, they offer airport transfer services, which is really helpful for travelers. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and vacations. Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Hotel location is good, parking and travel are very convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Especially the passage from the lobby to the room is full of green plants, as if entering the ”tropical rain forest”, the winter desolation instantly warmed up, from the small balcony of the room can enjoy the outdoor scenery ～ Breakfast is not bad 😃

The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are new and the service is good. I called a taxi to pick up the plane, and I upgraded the room type at the hotel. The next morning, I packed it early because of the high-speed rail. The fly in the ointment, the room heating is too hot, the noise outside the window is loud, the air conditioner can turn on the warm air, it is too hot to sleep all night, I hope to adjust the indoor heating temperature, and the air conditioner can turn on the cold air.

A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang.

Great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even brought me some water when they saw me coughing badly, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I also appreciated that the laundry room came with detergent. There's a gym available too.

Tourists driving from Urumqi through the tunnel to Korla recommend this accommodation. The underfloor heating is excellent, even a bit too warm in winter, and the water pressure is great, making showers comfortable and satisfying. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and tidy, with complete facilities and satisfactory service. The security guards, front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has ample spaces. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a hidden gem, even newer and cleaner than the photos suggest! It was incredibly comfortable; I stayed for five days. The breakfast was good, soundproofing excellent, facilities top-notch, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, the TV large, and there was a laundry room. The shower water pressure was perfect, and the service was attentive. Plus, it's pet-friendly! It's right next to the Swan River, making for lovely walks in the park. The weather in Korla was also fantastic! Parking is free, and there are many delicious eateries downstairs – so many people come here to eat, it just adds to the comfortable vibe! It’s also very convenient for driving to Bosten Lake. I highly recommend this hotel! If you come to Korla, stay here, and you'll be full of happiness. And remember, Korla's fruits are amazing too!

After staying for two days, the water was not hot. The maintenance personnel were called on the second day, and they said that the water heater was broken on the first day. I finished the meal at 10:30 and entered at 9:18 the next day. Not only was there nothing, there were no plates. I asked the waiter, and he replied expressionlessly: Use a bowl. There were not many bowls left, so just use it. Let's review the feeling of staying in a hotel in the 1970s and 1980s. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel in the past 30 years, and it may not happen again in the future. Vienna should have always been a three-star hotel, and this international hotel may not be used to the four-star hotel. I have always avoided staying in Vienna before, but this time I saw the word ”international” and wanted to try it, but failed.
