Excellent
AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

AAnonymous UserThe first time I stayed at this hotel, from the beginning of stepping into the door of the hotel, the security guard came to help me with my luggage very warmly. The front desk lady's door was also a question and answer:
I was worried that the street would be noisy, but the window was closed and there was still silence. There was no movement next door in the middle of the night, the room was very cool, the room was spacious and comfortable, there were many choices for breakfast, and there were beans.
z is very convenient around, eating, finishing to go to the Peacock River is not bad, recommended to stay

Very Good
TTianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Thoughtful, thumbs up to the housekeeping and front desk 👍. Impeccable, clean and tidy, the front desk and security are attentive and helpful in recommending routes and food, and are very patient. Five-star recommendation.

GGuest UserHygiene: Clean and tidy, the cleaning lady cleans very carefully
Environment: Not bad, there are many rest areas in the lobby
Service: Fortunately, there is a short sister who looks like a leader at the front desk and is very nice
Facilities: It is really bad...!
First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
Summary: The appearance and lobby are four stars, the room is three stars, the supplies and breakfast are at the level of a guesthouse...

GGuest UserThe room is on the fourth floor, and the dining room is on the third floor. It is very comfortable to live in this house when I accompany my parents out for a trip. The breakfast is also good. It is also convenient to eat and shop around. In short, this hotel is worth staying in next time.

ZzlxloveThis hotel is really great! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt as comfortable as if I were back home. The room was so clean and tidy that it was amazing. Isn't it more comfortable than home? It's like living in a warm little nest. I will come again next time! For example, the king-size bed room I stayed in this time was so comfortable to sleep on! The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. Isn't this the standard of a five-star hotel? I once asked them to help me get something, and the speed was amazing! The hotel is very cost-effective! You can enjoy such good services and facilities for such a small amount of money. Isn't this a good deal? I think it's much more cost-effective than other hotels, just like discovering a treasure! I really strongly recommend this hotel. Whether it's a business trip or a tourist, you can't go wrong staying here. Don't you want to experience it? Anyway, I will choose here next time

GGuest UserThis hotel offers decent value for money, but I couldn't get any breakfast because of all the tour groups.
8.5/10
GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are quite new, the supplies are of good quality, the front desk beauty is enthusiastic, and the responsible handsome guy also helped me upgrade the room type for free. There is free parking in the hotel yard, and the hotel location is particularly good. Not far away is the Nanjiang Grand Bazaar, the food street and the Peacock River.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located next to the station, which is very convenient for tourists. The hotel reception hall looks spacious and bright, pleasing to the eye, there is an independent elevator, the corridor aisle is comfortable and spacious, and parking outside is convenient. The hotel room is a bit unsatisfactory, it may have been renovated for a long time, and the wall skin has also fallen off. Towels, bedding color is dim, your comfort is not very good.

GGuest UserI lived in a ten-person idle bed. The room was large and tidy. The waiter was very good. He was willing to provide assistance and travel inquiries. The proprietress was more hospitable, but she was not often there. The location of the homestay is next to the train station. There are many shops, supermarkets and vendors nearby. It is very convenient to find food. Overall, it is very cost-effective to spend more than 30 yuan for one night.
