"The Korla Renaissance is definitely the best hotel in Korla! The location is excellent, right by the Peacock River, offering fantastic views. The hotel's decor is full of Western Regions Silk Road style, and the lobby is grand. The rooms are spacious and new, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, a special shout-out to Selina, Ruby, and Zhang Shuo. Before checking in, we toured several room types, and my friends unanimously decided to stay at the Renaissance. After check-in, they even thoughtfully gifted us Korla fragrant pears. The stargazing pool is incredibly beautiful, and the gym is well-equipped. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including Xinjiang specialty baked buns and beef noodles. The overall experience was perfect. This is my top choice when visiting Korla! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Being a Marriott property, the quality is pretty much guaranteed. The room was clean and comfortable. The butler added me on WeChat early on and was incredibly responsive to all my requests. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, though it was a bit of a walk to get to the Renaissance's breakfast restaurant, where the swimming pool is also located. Room service could use some improvement. Not only was delivery slow, but after housekeeping cleaned the room, they often forgot to replenish clean towels and tissues. However, once I raised these issues, they were quick to improve. On the plus side, the hotel's location is quite quiet, and it's convenient for driving around."
