"The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is Tianbai Shopping Mall, which is convenient for us to walk our children after dinner. The surrounding facilities are complete and the environment is quiet and suitable for living. The hotel facilities are very new, clean and warm, suitable for living with children. They also thoughtfully prepared milk for the guests, just right for Zaizai to drink. The front desk of the hotel must be commended for being professional and dedicated. Because the family needs to live on the same floor, the front desk patiently and meticulously exchanged our room cards for us; Zaizai was taking a nap when we left, and they also provided us with a late check-out service; When we checked out, we learned that we were going to take a train and they thoughtfully gave us 3 bottles of water. It’s really heartwarming! This living experience was an unexpected bonus during my trip to Korla! Praise the hotel again~refill❤️"

The texture of the bedding linen is very good, and it is clean and safe to use. The mattress and pillows are well selected and sleep very comfortably. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the water pressure in the bath is stable enough. Service: Very kind and friendly, very enthusiastic to help adjust when the listing is tight the next day, every smile is very warm. Hygienic: When I checked in, I found that two hairs on the bathroom floor were not cleaned up and half a star was deducted. Small defects were acceptable. The location is also very good, it is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, I can close my eyes."
