Excellent
The hotel is brand new, and you can even see the Swan Lake fountain from the window. The staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming, and the bedding in the room is of excellent quality.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 14-day trip to China! Everything was spotless with an excellent cleaning service. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English. The room was full of thoughtful touches—gadgets, treats, and little things that made our stay super comfortable and memorable. As long-term travelers, we really appreciated these extra details. The cosmetics provided were also top-notch! The hotel was quiet, and the room didn’t smell like cigarettes, which was a huge plus for us as non-smokers in China. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and unique, truly a must-try if you stay here. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

The hotel's decor is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the breakfast selection is plentiful, the mattresses are soft, and the hot water is very hot! The double room we stayed in had a windowless bathroom, so ventilation was a bit poor. The air conditioning is central, and the room temperature was kept constant at around 26 degrees Celsius. It was very quiet at night, and the soundproofing was good. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. They even gave us a small gift upon check-out, which was very cute! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Korla; highly recommended!

The room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Thoughtful, thumbs up to the housekeeping and front desk 👍. Impeccable, clean and tidy, the front desk and security are attentive and helpful in recommending routes and food, and are very patient. Five-star recommendation.

Located on the road, just 2 kms from expressway exit. Good parking place, not free though, quick service, lift availability. We were three family members and were provided 3 single beds in one room, along with 3 free breakfast tickets . Room was on 3rd floor. Well equipped, clean, attached bathroom, all amenities available. Quiet night with good sleep. Checked out, early in the morning, was quick and hastle free. I will strongly recommend this hotel for all travelers to Korla, especially budget facilities.

This hotel is really great! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt as comfortable as if I were back home. The room was so clean and tidy that it was amazing. Isn't it more comfortable than home? It's like living in a warm little nest. I will come again next time! For example, the king-size bed room I stayed in this time was so comfortable to sleep on! The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. Isn't this the standard of a five-star hotel? I once asked them to help me get something, and the speed was amazing! The hotel is very cost-effective! You can enjoy such good services and facilities for such a small amount of money. Isn't this a good deal? I think it's much more cost-effective than other hotels, just like discovering a treasure! I really strongly recommend this hotel. Whether it's a business trip or a tourist, you can't go wrong staying here. Don't you want to experience it? Anyway, I will choose here next time
