GGuest UserDefinitely worth the five-star recommended Maitreya Resort Treasure Hotel! The stay at the end of January 2026 far exceeded expectations, and it ended our winter holiday perfectly. The hotel is located on the middle of the mountain in Maitreya, the environment is quiet, the window is full of greenery, and the air is particularly fresh. What surprised us was that the balcony of the room had a wide view. A few minutes walk to the beautiful Lake Spring Ecological Park Lakeside, run along the lake in the morning, stroll in the evening to enjoy the sunset, and have a panoramic view of the lakes and mountains of Maitreya. It is very pleasant. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, and life is very convenient. Service must give full praise! From check-in to check-out, every employee is warm and thoughtful and responds quickly. The boss is even more kind and friendly. Not only did he quickly help us check in, but also introduced the local hot spring characteristics, must-try food (such as braised chicken rice noodles) and play routes in detail. This intimate butler service makes us feel warm. The facilities are impressive. The rooms are modern and spacious, with reasonable layout and high bedding comfort. The independent indoor pool is the biggest surprise in winter, dispelling the cold, and smart devices also make the stay experience more convenient. The public pool and hot spring pool on site are clean and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The overall health is impeccable, the room is clean and bright, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Toiletries are selected with high-end fragrance brands, and the details show the quality. The breakfast choice is rich, especially the authentic Maitreya-style braised chicken rice noodles, the soup is tender, let us eat for two days. If you plan to come to Maitreya for a relaxing holiday, this is definitely the ideal choice. We have recommended it to friends and relatives and look forward to seeing you next time! The staff were very welcoming, and the hot spring bath was very relaxing, allowing us to wash away our travel fatigue. After soaking in the hot spring in the evening, the room was thoughtfully equipped with white fungus soup. Mineral water and fruit were always available in the hot spring area for guests to help themselves! The breakfast selection was very extensive, combining Chinese and Western dishes, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, catering to different tastes and age groups! Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Mile!

The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable to relax indoors since it rained during our stay in Mile. The hot spring pools also looked quite clean, and the laundry room was well-equipped and professional, allowing for free use. The complimentary travel photography service was also very good.

The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

XXiyouxiIt's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

GGuest UserThis stay was a perfect 10/10. Check-in was efficient and quick, the room was meticulously cleaned, and the thoughtful welcome fruit and minibar drinks made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and natural light, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and handled all our needs promptly and appropriately. Since we couldn't book a double bed that day, the staff pushed two beds together to create a double bed immediately after check-in. The stay far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

The biggest bonus is the service. The front desk lady was exceptionally kind and even thoughtfully prepared a local travel guide for us, which was very considerate. EEthanaiwanFacilities: My parents tripped over the raised edge of the bed in the picture, and my baby fell right off it. The bathroom was large but lacked a separate shower and toilet area. There were no clothes racks, wardrobes, or places to hang clothes in the room. The TV in the room was a portable CRT monitor. The outdoor hot spring pool was great; my baby had a lot of fun. Service: Check-in required walking down to another guesthouse, ”Huanxi,” and the receptionist was expressionless. Breakfast also had to be eaten at ”Huanxi,” and when we arrived in the morning, the staff sitting at the entrance were playing on their phones and didn't even look up. Golf 50-ball trial package: We didn't try it; no one explained it or told us about it. Late-night snack: We walked to ”Huanxi” to eat at 10 PM, but didn't go. This guesthouse was booked on short notice during our trip to Mile. We liked the outdoor decor and were hoping for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Having stayed at other guesthouses before, this one was somewhat disappointing. The service needs improvement; it's entirely self-service, not at all like a butler service. The staff we encountered on the way didn't even glance at us. There are still areas for improvement in the facilities, and the room still had a slight odor, possibly due to recent renovations. I could tell the owner genuinely wanted to do a good job, so I'm writing this review with care; this is my experience as a guest.
