The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop just 70 meters away, making it super convenient to get to the Southeast Yunnan Market and various attractions. It's also within walking distance to Ecocycle Lake, traditional Mile snack shops, and lamb noodle restaurants. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel even offered a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. The 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' smart assistant controlling the lights, music, and curtains in the room was incredibly convenient. Definitely worth staying here."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations and gave us a wonderful experience! Right at the entrance, there's a unique echoing pond, which is quite distinctive. The service was excellent; they drove us to our room in a small car. The room's decor has a Wabi-sabi style, exactly like the pictures! A nice detail was how the air conditioning vents were discreetly covered with wooden slats, making the airflow more natural and comfortable. The hand soap and shower gel had a fresh and natural scent, which I really liked. The hotel's design is very unique, and it's perfect for travel photography. We tried their travel photography service, and it was great; the makeup artist was very gentle and did a fantastic job, and the photographer was also excellent! Before leaving, we had a Chinese meal at the hotel. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and there was so much beef we couldn't finish it all. The price was absolutely fair! The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, which was very convenient! We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely come back!"

"Shede Hot Spring Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 16-day trip to Southeast Yunnan. The hotel's decor is simple yet comfortable. Private vehicles can't drive directly to the hotel entrance; only those arranged by the hotel can. The staff were very welcoming; knowing our arrival time, they sent a young man to the roadside to help us with our luggage. The hotel is located right in Honghe Water Town, which makes for a pleasant stroll after dinner. There are also plenty of restaurants along a road not far from the hotel, making dining very convenient. The hotel offers private hot springs; you just need to book a time in advance. For a one-night stay, you get two hours. You can choose from various types like sulfur, rose, or milk baths. The private spring pools are quite large, easily fitting four people, and very clean. After each use, a dedicated staff member cleans and disinfects them. The hotel also has a laundry room with two washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for long-term travelers like us to wash clothes. It would be even better if they added some stools to the laundry room. The hotel breakfast was good, and the coffee was excellent too. We stayed in a twin room, which is the only room type at 30 square meters. It's not overly spacious, and it would be great if the hotel offered larger twin room options for guests to choose from. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom features a three-way dry/wet separation. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The only minor complaint is that the toilet area doesn't have a door, which can be a bit awkward when traveling with friends. Overall, this hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. I would definitely book Shede again on my next visit to Mile and have already recommended it to friends, who also loved it after their stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch. It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast. Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again."

"During the Chinese New Year, most hotels significantly inflate their prices, but this hotel's rates didn't seem to surge too drastically in comparison. The staff here are all quite enthusiastic. We booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready when we checked in (this might have been a slip-up due to the overwhelming number of guests during CNY). However, the manager personally came to apologize and explain the situation. A nice touch is that the hotel provides complimentary fruit and milk daily. The location is also very convenient; there's a delicious braised chicken rice noodle snack shop right downstairs. It's a great spot for families with kids."

"I highly recommend this hotel located within the Huoquan Scenic Area – the overall experience was fantastic! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for walking and getting around. It's not far from the Water Park and Dongfengyun Scenic Area, which made sightseeing and checking things off our list super easy. You can rent a 'little green bike' right at the hotel entrance, and cycling around to explore the surroundings was both pleasant and relaxing. The hotel specializes in natural hot springs, and the private hot spring rooms are definitely a highlight. The independent private hot tubs offer excellent privacy, so you don't have to share with others. Soaking in them was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The pure natural hot spring water is wonderfully smooth; coming back after a long day of playing and soaking in a tub melted away all our fatigue. Both adults and children absolutely loved it, making it perfect for a family trip. The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, making our stay extra pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of dishes with outstanding flavors and fresh ingredients, satisfying everyone in the family with different tastes. "Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a double room. The room was large and clean, with electric central air conditioning. Many thoughtful details added to the experience, such as the fragrance in the elevator and room, making the entire hotel smell pleasant and free of smoke. The front desk provided a ”treasure box” with many thoughtful amenities like laundry detergent and band-aids. The hotel is just across the street from the Lake Spring Ecological Park; it can be a bit noisy during the day due to the road, but it's very quiet at night. I really liked this guesthouse; it's great value for money and highly recommended!"
