"The overall stay experience is still very good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are arranged in an orderly manner, it is comfortable to look at, the service attitude of the front desk and the room is also very good, the response is timely, the hospitality is warm, the overall feeling is intimate and thoughtful. The only fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation problem is more obvious, especially when other guests on the same floor enter and exit the room, the door is particularly loud, often a loud sound of ”cockroaches”, no warning, it is easy to be suddenly shocked. Fortunately during the day, when the night is quiet, this sound is particularly harsh, and the frequent sound of closing doors seriously affects the rest. From time to time, it will be awakened by a shock. People who sleep lightly are really a bit difficult to adapt. I hope that the hotel can make some improvements in the shock absorption and sound insulation of the door in the future, such as adding anti-collision strips, reminding guests to close the door lightly, etc., otherwise no matter how good the environment and service, it will be greatly discounted due to noise problems."

The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays."

"The owner of Heyuan Yaju Guesthouse personally picked us up from the high-speed rail station. The guesthouse is quite a distance from Dongfengyun, but the rooms were spacious and very clean. We went out to eat, and my friend and I had stomach problems that night, feeling weak the next day. The owner's wife knew this and came to our room in the morning, asking if we needed to go to the clinic. She was very caring. Since we hadn't visited any attractions, she considered our fatigue and offered to drive us to the entrance. In the afternoon, she cooked two bowls of hot noodles, which made us feel very warm. We stayed two nights and she even drove us to the high-speed rail station again. The owner's wife is young, capable, and attentive; this stay at Heyuan Yaju Guesthouse left us with wonderful memories."
