PhilandoAs a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that Intercity has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. For a new hotel, they have truly set the bar high.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I was warmly greeted, quickly checked in, and escorted to my room. My request for a room on the highest floor was graciously accommodated, and I was welcomed with a thoughtful note and fruit tray. Simon, the General Manager, was incredibly personable and welcoming, which made the experience even more memorable.
The room was spotless, modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The gym and laundry room were great additions, and breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of options.
Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. If you’re visiting Vientiane for the first time and wondering where to stay, I highly recommend Intercity; you will be in great hands there. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment you arrive. I will absolutely be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family. A special thank you to Simon and the entire team for making my stay so memorable! I WILL BE BACK😄

BeerboiThe hotel was recently built, so everything was very clean and new. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful, and their English was excellent.
The location is also great and very convenient. However, one thing to note is that you cannot see the sunset over the Mekong River from the hotel.
Breakfast was probably the weakest point. It is served buffet-style, but the selection is quite limited and the overall quality is not particularly high. You can also order a main dish, with options such as local noodles, Eggs Benedict, and a salmon and avocado bowl. However, the service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Unfortunately, the taste was also somewhat disappointing.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the cleanliness, great location, and excellent front desk service, but the breakfast experience could definitely be improved.

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, and the lobby staff are polite and speak both Chinese and English well. They are very helpful with calling taxis. It’s an excellent hotel. A special thanks to the staff. The facilities, including the outdoor pool and gym, are top-notch. The cleanliness is beyond reproach, truly world-class. The Chinese artisan spirit ensures the hotel is spotless. Every ten minutes or so, cleaning staff are seen inspecting and tidying the public areas. Watching their busy figures gave us guests a sense of peace. As for the environment, no one in Laos would dare claim to be second best after this place. Watching the sunrise through the window at dawn is incredibly romantic. In the evening, sitting at the sky bar, seeing so many beautiful men and women in pairs, groups, and clusters, truly brings to mind the ancient poem, 'I only envy mandarin ducks, not immortals.' Beautiful women and talented men gathered to envision their future together.

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Vientiane. It's a bit far from the old town, but conveniently close to Parkson and the Bank of China, which was great for currency exchange.
The hotel has a lot of greenery, and the room itself was decent. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was one of the better ones I had during my trip to Laos, with both the main course and the buffet offering a good variety.

Guest UserThis hotel, converted from a former French colonial governor's residence, is exquisite and truly captures a Southeast Asian vibe. It attracts many European tourists. It's very quiet, and the European-style service makes for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

EnricoLe Seine is beautifully located facing the Mekong River, offering, in my view, the best riverfront scenery in Vientiane. The hotel is within walking distance of the night market and many of the city’s main attractions.
The rooms and overall property are very well curated, fully in line with a boutique hotel experience. Nice facilities, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and excellent showers. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive.
The rooftop bar is also a highlight, with live music and a fantastic view over the river.
The only negative note was regarding my advanced reservation for a higher-floor Deluxe River View room. As this was a special occasion, I had even called a couple of days prior to confirm availability and specifically requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. However, despite arriving at the earliest check-in time, I was informed that all rooms of that category on the higher floors had already been assigned and were no longer available.

Guest UserI was initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, but the hotel kindly moved us to a slightly better one. Breakfast was decent. It's run by Chinese owners, and you can exchange money here, which is convenient. There are also a few restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Mekong Riverfront restaurants in about 20 minutes, which was nice.

Guest UserReturned for another stay and found that the hotel has been selected as a Ctrip Preferred Chinese Hotel. A swimming pool and gym are essential for a luxury hotel! The room was as quiet and clean as ever, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was smart. The biggest improvement this time was the breakfast at the restaurant, which had significantly enhanced in terms of both variety and taste, making it perfect for Chinese palates. The hot and sour beef noodles were a highlight! The hotel's rooftop infinity pool offers unbeatable city views, and fresh fruit and drinks are available all day. Adults can sunbathe while kids play in the water, making it a place you can enjoy all day long. All in all, a very nice stay!

Front staffs on check in are good. The hotel’s air conditioning must be improve. A nightmare in this hotel is no electricity for over an hour without generating

머리대면 잠Everything about this hotel was great, from the service to the friendliness of the staff. I especially liked that there's a convenience store on the first floor where you can buy Korean food, alcohol, cigarettes, and most daily necessities. The only downside is that it's about a 30-minute drive from the tourist area and Vientiane's main downtown spots. Aside from the location, everything else was top-notch.
