We are very enjoy to staycation here. There is mountain, river, and sounds nature arround it. Our kids also happy, there’s poolside party in sunday morning and indoor outdoor playground. Totally recommended and will back again ! No need to go somewhere. Has been complete in Aston Bogor

Second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city. I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service. This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak. The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu. Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

My first impression of Swiss-Belhotel was how friendly and efficient the reception staff were; they handled issues quickly. Shortly after checking into my room, the same receptionist called to ask if everything was okay, checking on the AC, lights, etc., just to make sure there were no problems. He also offered us a membership card. Overall, my stay here met my expectations. The room was spacious, our requests were fulfilled, it had a mountain view, the water heater worked well, the AC was cold, and there was a hairdryer and an iron. The service was friendly, smiling, efficient, and all-around excellent. Breakfast was also very complete, with many varieties and delicious food. The waitstaff consistently checked tables and promptly cleared dirty plates. All the staff at Swiss-Belhotel were incredibly helpful, very friendly, and always smiling. Great job to the team and management; they made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Keep up the excellent service and product quality!

I ended up staying here suddenly without planning because I went to Bogor intending to go back and forth (PP) but couldn't rent a motorbike. The hotel is nice and very strategically located near the botanical garden, and it's also connected to Botani Mall, so everything is easy. The room was also quite clean, and the hotel already has a smart TV. All was good.

Overall good but when checking in still waiting for half an hour and for breakfast okay the food is delicious the staff is friendly but because I was in room 302 often heard noisy sounds like shifting chairs then in the morning at 9 am the hotel staff asked directly to my room. Plus: very comfortable place, there is hot water, clean room, clean pool, for cat lovers, there are many cats here, the surrounding area is not noisy, there is a rooftop, fast wifi. Minus: small private room, located in the middle of a housing complex so it is difficult to find restaurant nearby, food prices at the hotel are quite expensive, the pool is limited to 17.00 so you are not allowed to swim at night, no late check out is allowed without charge, I originally wanted to check out at 1 pm but it didn't happen because if you check out late you will be charged the price of 1 more room for Idr 200k

My stay at Hotel Amarossa was perfect for a business trip. The rooms are spacious like serviced apartments, complete with a work desk, living area, and kitchenette, making it comfortable for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was reliable for online meetings, the atmosphere was quiet for productivity, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
