Indianapolis Hotels with Pools

We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

Beautiful environment, clean housing

Wonderful experience! Great amenities, everything was very clean, breakfast was tasty, and the room was comfortable! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was beautiful as they took an old church and turned it into a hotel. Rooms were clean and accommodating, with a great bathroom. It is located on a beautiful canal, frozen over as we were there in the winter, none the less it has great walking spaces around the canal. We enjoy staying at Homewood Suites and this one was no different. The only setback to this place is the parking and no hot tub. Parking was $42 to stay in the parking garage since it is in downtown.

Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

This hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The shower pressure was a bit low, and breakfast was an extra à la carte charge with limited options. There's a commercial center, supermarket, and restaurants a short drive away.

The guy at the front isn't very friendly. I watched him check in at least 12 people throughout the day and never once saw him smile. Customers had to ask him questions. He hardly even looked up and made eye contact with customers. TV did work most of the night and they told us that's normal. After an hour or so they normally have to call maintenance to come fix it. The lady that comes in for him is great. She is friendly and helpful.

Experience was ok, pool was closed, breakfast was bagged. And I was double charged, online and at the site so now I'm waiting for money to be returned, it's just an annoying process. And the 2 amounts were totally different, so I'm confused what I was being charged for.

We enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.
