"Around 8:15 PM on July 3rd, I was the only person in the women’s restroom. When I came out of the stall, I noticed a man, roughly 40–50 years old, walking around inside. He turned and was about to leave when I spotted him. I told him, “This is the women’s restroom.” He said sorry ,only one word The restroom is quite large, and the signage is very clear, yet there was a man openly wandering around in the women’s area. I later mentioned this to the staff, and they suggested it might have been an honest mistake. Still, I do hope this matter can be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents. Apart from this issue, my overall stay experience was very good."

"The rooms are very clean and the environment is excellent. The hotel staff are all super friendly, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide variety of options, including local specialties. There's also a pool next to the restaurant with loungers perfect for sunbathing. The sanitation is great, and the paths are lined with beautiful flowers and trees, showing how well-maintained the place is. It's just across the street from the beach, which is very convenient for surfing. The service is attentive, and there are shopping malls nearby, which is a big plus."

"The hotel I was most looking forward to on my Bali trip didn't disappoint! The environment was fantastic. Each room has a private pool, which is super convenient for swimming. The surrounding area is very quiet with few people. Breakfast was quite varied, and the hotel's cliffside restaurant has stunning views. The only bug was the weak Wi-Fi signal – my phone network didn't work at all here."

"I stayed in 3 different places during my trip to Bali. All were lovely but Cove d’Ancak and Bungalow was by far my favorite place. Firstly, the bungalow is absolutely spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a home stay so clean in all my travels. Every night and morning there felt cosy and homey. The pool area is also very relaxing and beautiful and the WiFi is strong. But the true treasure that lies here is the staff. As a solo traveler, the whole staff made me feel appreciated, greeting me warmly every day. The best part was the mini surprise they organized for my birthday to make my day extra special, bringing me a small cake and singing happy birthday. Big thank you to Risky, Grande, Debora, Adi and Jelo for keeping the place in top condition and a very extra warm thank you to Arta & Zihad for putting a smile on my face everytime I crossed their path! You will not regret staying here, I will 100% be back."

"Excellent value for money, clean and spacious cabins. Located at an around 8 mins drive from the port, they also have a restaurant where you can have the included breakfast as well as dinner later at night. You can also rent a motorbike here, so you've got everything you need in it really. It also has hot water, AC, and they clean the room every day so I'm delighted to have stayed at this place, as usually in this kind of low cost accommodation in Indonesia you won't get as many services and amenities. Highly recommended!"

"It was an awesome 2 night stay in the hills. We enjoyed the comfortable space, shower with great pressure, amazing view of Mount Batur and friendly staff there. Big shoutout to Pak Rama especially, which took great care of us and shuttle us to the nearby eateries / cafes upon request. Breakfast included was great. You’ll just need to go through a bumpy road to get to this awesome place. Maybe a slight downside is that there would be flies during day time, but I guess that’s normal when you’re in nature and organic planting surrounding the site. Just remember to keep the doors to the room shut. Will hope to revisit again to try the other suite/villa/rooms in future if there’s opportunity. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy nature."

"After exploring Bali and its islands, we arrived in the Uluwatu area. We liked the villa, with a few minor drawbacks. It's impossible to get enough hot water (it just runs out) to fill the bathtub, which seems to be more for show. Some areas could use a small renovation, which wouldn't be difficult to do, but for some reason, it hasn't been done. The villa is spacious and functional. Breakfasts are à la carte and delicious. Melasti Beach is a 15-minute taxi ride away."

"The value for money is a bit low. There are ten rooms in total. The scenery is small and unique. It is very close to Crystal Bay. I originally wanted to be close to snorkeling, but there is almost nothing for snorkeling in Bali. Passing by a small village, you can feel the life of the local villagers there, but the dogs on the roadside are sometimes scary. It is suitable for one night or two nights at most. There will be lizard bugu sounds at night, and you will think it is a cuckoo, but it is actually a lizard. Sometimes there are ants or big cockroaches in the room bathroom. The environment is primitive, but the room is clean, but the bed is a bit small."

"A very nice hotel in a great location. I did not give the full points as unfortunately they did not have the room available that I booked and the one they offered as an alternative was besides the road and very noisy. So we did have to move after one night. But besides this annoying hickup the hotel is pretty and the squirl and fish feeding were really popular with the kids. If you are a bit sensible to noise try to avoid rooms/bungalows close to the main road. (The road along the beach is not busy and no problem) We will actually stay there again at the end of our trip. Hope that everything goes smoothly then!"

"The cabin was small but cozy, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The view wasn't spectacular as the rice paddies surrounding the cabin hadn't grown yet when I visited, so it was just mud. In the evenings, there were many insects outside, which meant we couldn't sit out. However, overall, it was comfortable for spending time inside the cabin."
