The hotel has a fitness center, although there is no swimming pool. Breakfast was decent but fairly basic, with a limited selection. The buffet included an American breakfast, congee, noodle soup, a few Thai dishes, bread, pastries, and bakery items. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The only area that needs improvement is the service. Compared with other branches, the staff’s hospitality and service mind were noticeably below expectations. With better customer service, the overall experience would be much more impressive."

"The place was super clean and spotless, but on our fourth day, we saw a tiny ant walking on the desk. We wondered if we'd brought it in ourselves, but then one or two more appeared, so maybe they snuck in through a crack. 😁 As for the location, it's totally fine if you take the train and a taxi from Suvarnabhumi International Airport! There were also hot and cold water dispensers on each floor, so you could even have instant noodles! The service was excellent! We arrived an hour before check-in, but they welcomed us with smiles. They took lots of photos for us, and if you made a reservation, they'd provide free shuttle service to the nearest station. We mistakenly thought we could just show up without a reservation, but when we asked that morning, they still arranged a car for us. 😭😭 They even used a translator when communicating with us. Everyone there was just incredibly kind!!"

"The place is close to everything, The hotel amenities doesnt offer much, but for its price for 7 nights, it was totally worth it. There is four 7 -11 stores nearby, a massage spa just accross the road, alotmof food stalls few mins walk from the hotel, pharmacy is closeby too. The water pressure in the shower is perfect too, Overall out stay was great and outstanding"

"The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite perks was the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle, which made getting to nearby attractions and BTS stations so convenient. Although it's tucked away in a quieter neighborhood, popular shopping areas, street food, and night markets are just a short ride away. The peaceful atmosphere made it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring Bangkok. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and great value hotel in Bangkok, Hotel Sapin is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended"

"The hotel location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Asoke BTS station. The front desk staff are polite and efficient. The room size is reasonable, and the bed is comfortable, though the water pressure is a bit unstable. Also, the hotel bar is very beautiful and unique; I recommend making a reservation on weekends."

"Check-in was quick, no more than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Compared to the price, the room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which was very large. For someone who dislikes small bathrooms, this is great. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. There were four pillows, which is better than other places at the same price point. The bedding, particularly the blanket, was a bit thin and lacked fluffiness, possibly due to prolonged use. There was a clothes rack provided, which shows the hotel's thoughtfulness. They also offer a free washing machine service downstairs on the same floor as the lobby. Inside the room, there's a sofa in the living area, and the bedroom is separated from the living area, which is convenient when dining in the room."

"The Poshtel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Phaya Thai BTS Station, the Airport Rail Link station, and the railway station. It's also close to Victory Monument, as well as several hospitals including Phra Mongkutklao Hospital, Rajavithi Hospital, Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health, and Priests Hospital. Additionally, it's near the Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Public Health at Mahidol University, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. They offer both male and female dormitory rooms, as well as private rooms. This is definitely a great option for those looking for a central travel hub."

"The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Some guests have mentioned that the furnishings are a bit old—while that’s true, it’s not really noticeable. The washing machine is older but works perfectly. The omelette at the breakfast buffet was delicious. The selection isn’t huge, but it’s more than enough. "It's a bit of a walk into Soi 49. Be a little careful as there's a lot of traffic. The room was clean and well-maintained, no issues there. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it was decent. It would be nice if there were a few more condiments available. Since it's a one-bedroom type, it's perfect for a trip to Thailand if you want to experience a more 'local' feel."

"The room was very quiet with excellent soundproofing, clean, and odor-free. All the facilities were new. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The bedding deserves a special mention; the sheets were comfortable and soft, and the mattress was also very soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. However, the shower gel and shampoo weren't clearly labeled, so it was hard to tell them apart, and they were quite basic. It's better to bring your own or buy some. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so you need to bring those too. The hotel's tissues were also very thin, so it's best to bring your own. This hotel is very new, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Thailand. One suggestion: it would be great if the bathroom had a shelf for guests to place their shower gel, as there was nowhere to put it."
