Spa Hotels in Bangkok

I paid to stay at the premier suite at the Grand Hyatt Bangkok, which included access to the hotel's executive lounge. Although the lounge was on the smaller side with limited food selection, the service was very good overall. I would especially like to give my compliments to Mel, the primary Grand Club staff member serving me during the stay. He was very diligent and attentive. The elevated level of service he provided during my stay left me with a very positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future if I am in the Central Bangkok region.

The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall, and a train station, a large supermarket, and a shrine are all within walking distance. We had no trouble with dining or shopping. Every hotel staff member, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very pleasant. Especially, the welcome drink could be enjoyed at any time during our stay, and it was served at a rooftop bar with a great view.

We stayed in the North Tower. To get there from the main building, you have to take the elevator to the 11th floor, walk across a skybridge, and then go up to the 20th floor, so it's a bit of a trek. Fortunately, staff helped with our luggage, which made it easier. The room was very spacious and clean, except that the air conditioning was freezing no matter what temperature we set it to. We ended up just turning it off and only turning it back on under the covers when we went to sleep. Later, when we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, our room keys malfunctioned, and we couldn't use them to take the elevator to our room in the North Tower. We waited on the 11th floor and used the phone there to contact customer service. The staff member claimed they had sent someone to wait for nearly 10 minutes, but we didn't see a single soul. I ended up having to go downstairs myself to get it sorted out. The location is great—close to the Airport MRT, and also very close to Central. It offers good value for money; it just depends on whether you can accept this level of service quality.

The room type I booked was advertised as a river view room, but I'd say it's more of a partial river view. The room is located at the bottom of a recess, with other rooms extending out on both sides, partially obstructing the view. However, the room gets great sunlight and is very spacious with excellent natural light. The bed is large and comfortable, and it's incredibly quiet at night – absolutely no noise. The cleaning was also quite good, and the service staff were all very pleasant. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which made communication very easy. The bathroom is a bit narrow, especially the shower stall, which I estimate to be only about 60cm wide. Even for a woman, you'll find your elbows hitting the sides. It's barely adequate but not comfortable. The disposable slippers felt like they were made of plastic; they weren't breathable, were very thin, and had slippery soles. It's good that they provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes, but you need to bring your own comb. Check-in was stated as 3 PM, and we arrived at 2:30 PM. We couldn't even check in half an hour early and had to wait, which is a significant drawback compared to hotels in China. Also, I don't recommend booking breakfast; the variety is very limited, and the ingredients are all budget-friendly. It's definitely not as good as other reviews claim, and the taste wasn't suitable for us as Chinese food eaters. If I come back, I'd consider staying here again but definitely wouldn't book breakfast. Check-out is at 11 AM, but the hotel's boat to the SkyTrain station also leaves at 11 AM. If you miss it, you have to wait until 1 PM. So, it's best to check out half an hour early, otherwise, you'll have to take a taxi to the SkyTrain station yourself.

The room is great, has everything you need, and is very well thought out. The service is also good. There is a small drawback regarding the elevators—often only one is working, so sometimes you have to wait a very long time.

Staying here for 4 days 3 nights! Location was closed to convenient store, pharmacy, local market and surrounded with foods shop and massage. However, bit distances from mtr station. So in and out i took grab and bolt. Since it doesnt cost much, I find the location are still good enough. Staffs were attentive, friendly and professional. Door guy always smile and greeting most of customer. Keep it up! Fitness centre and swimming pool open from 7am to 9pm, wifi was good too. I did not try the breakfast as it cost quiet expensive tho. Room were spacious, hot water and aircon working well, one thing that bit disturb me was I could hear next room were talking, so I believe the wall is pretty thin. Overall, I enjoy my stay!

I used this hotel for a business trip. The location was great and it was very convenient. It was clean, and there was plenty of space to open my suitcase. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent service, stylish design, and very comfortable bed. It also provides parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel since we were on a self-driving trip. On the downside, the surrounding area is very quiet. There are no nearby massage shops or restaurants, and even the nearest 7-Eleven is quite a long walk away. The route is also lined with closed or inactive shops, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to simply walk downstairs for food or a late-night massage. In most cases, you’ll need to take a taxi. The hotel does offer in-house dining and massage services, but the massage service does not operate as late as the shops outside, which was less convenient for us. It is also significantly more expensive. As for the facilities, the bed was definitely the highlight—very comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. However, the shower had very low water pressure, which was disappointing. The hairdryer and iron provided by the hotel also seemed quite old and were not very efficient. It took a long time to dry my hair, so we ended up going to a nearby hair salon to wash and dry our hair instead. Overall, the service, interior design, and cleanliness were all good. However, the location is not the most convenient if you want easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, or massage shops, and I believe some of the facilities could be upgraded to provide a better guest experience.

The service staff were excellent, from the bellboy to the check-in attendant. The room was clean and quite spacious. All toiletries were provided, and there were even 4 bottles of water! The bathroom had a bathtub, and the water pressure was good. The air conditioning in the room was refreshingly cool, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is located on Petchaburi Road, near an alley that connects to Sukhumvit 39. After checking out, it was easy to find some great restaurants around Sukhumvit. Overall, I really loved it and will definitely stay here again!

This is a very relaxing place with a swimming pool and Chinese-speaking staff. It has two beds, and the staff were very patient; someone stayed up until 3:30 AM to help us check in. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center, and the convenience store is a 7-8 minute walk away. I even got chased by stray dogs when I went to buy some essentials late at night – quite an experience! Highly recommended if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle!
