"Great hotel and location. hotel is clean, bed was comfortable, hot shower, great AC. Staff was very nice. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff there goes above and beyond! Rose was so kind and went out of her way to make our breakfast amazing. she cooks awesome omlets ans was so sweet. they have a nice spa with reasonably priced massages, but i didn't get a chance to try. room service as well. i will certainly be back!"

Amazing
We stayed in this hotel many times since its grand opening years ago. We experienced its changes thru the years. We found out that they are doing fine in upgrading the hotel facilities and room furnishings to meet the 5-star hotel standard. The location is excellent, right at the Centre of city hub. Connected to the famous CentralWorld and other malls around. Hotel staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We can really relax and enjoy our holidays with ease. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Bangkok!

The checkin is fast and seamless and room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing deliciously with Christmas special, a wide spread to choose Thai, Japanese and Western. The Pastry is a must try for sweet tooth’s. Location is perfect, as we just to walk 10mins to both Siam Paragon or Central Embassy. BTS is right outside and if you need a prayer at Doorstep of Erawan shine. Suggest to choose a higher floor room, as it can be noisy road traffic.

It was a short nice 4days and 3 nights stay at the Carlton Sukhumvit - we took the family room with a deluxe twin to fit all 6 of us - breakfast had quite a few halal options and they will go out of their way to make more things to ensure you are comfortable. I love the shower and their amenities. Kids had a lot of fun in the bath tub and they have a separate spa (let’s relax 10th floor) Mint and Dusty were great at the reception. Housekeeping does things fast here. Overall it was great and I’m glad I chose this hotel for the kids.

Excellent hotel, very clean and daily refreshed. View from hotel was really nice, the gym was good and the pool was amazing, don’t miss it. Staff was fantastic in their service and always ready to help. Breakfast could be a bit bigger, more variety but it was really good what was available. Check out the special name of the in house Japanese restaurant ☺️ Definitely would recommend to friends and families

Stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok during our New Year family trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable, which is important when traveling with children. The location is excellent — close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, and many food options, making it very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Despite the busy New Year season, the staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. A nice highlight was being able to experience the New Year festive atmosphere and nearby fireworks and walking distance to new year count down at CentralWorld, which made the trip even more memorable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a lively New Year experience in Bangkok. Would gladly stay here again.

It's the best stay in Bangkok for a nice retreat. We are being welcome nicely from the start. We booked the Suites with Lounge access, which the staff check us in on 19th floor. The lounge is quiet and comfy. We are presented with a welcome drink, a refreshing and cool towel with essential oil, and some snack. The staff are constantly smiling. Room is very big with big bath tub and a real king size bed, which the linen and mattress are the real deal. The breakfast is with great variety. I will definitely staying with this hotel again!

This hotel is perfectly located just along the main street and 3 minutes from Asoke BTS. The MRT is also right next door. So you get the best of both transport system in one location. I have stayed there before the food is amazing. They have a Instagram able Roof Top Restaurant and Bar and the cocktails are presented so beautifully. The service of the staff is fantastic, from Reception, to Housekeeping, to the Breakfast and Dinner. And the rooms are clean, nice and so comfortable. One of the best beds to sleep on.
