"The guesthouse environment is okay, and the location is decent, but customer service isn't always online; it takes several hours to get a response, so there's not much service to speak of. However, the owner always replies to messages and is very proactive in resolving issues. The room's decor is a bit rough; the upstairs bathroom floor creaks when you step on it, and we found two spiders in the room. However, its advantages are that the kitchen is very well-equipped, and they also have a children's cradle and a small slide, making it suitable for children."
