GGuest User2nd time staying here. Love the toilet where the wet and dry concept applies with traditional Japanese sit and bathe. Also love it where the dressing table is inside. Surrounding loads of food available and best of all 6 mins walk to Nagoya main station.
The lift took a little longer but its fine. The staff also needed help via translator app to understand english but they did make sure we get all our enquiries and requests right so to me its not an issue. Klook tour pick up bus is 4 min walk away. Super convenient! Definitely my top choice of stay in Nagoya.

AAnonymous UserOverall, it was pretty decent. The room rate in September was quite reasonable, and the location is convenient for getting around, situated in the Sakae business district. Several subway stations are within easy walking distance. The hotel was quite busy; I arrived around 3 PM for check-in and still had to wait for 10 minutes. The room wasn't small by Japanese standards, and it even had a massager, which was great for a quick massage after a long day of walking. The front desk area offered a coffee and cocoa machine, and the laundry room next door had an ice machine – all very convenient.
The only minor hiccup was that housekeeping misplaced my blanket. It took two days of back-and-forth communication to get it back. While their attitude was very polite, constantly apologizing, their service ultimately fell short. They only provided a hotel blanket as a temporary replacement *after* I specifically requested it. The entire process was very inefficient; once my blanket was located, they first sent a photo for my confirmation, which further delayed things, before finally sending someone to pick it up from the factory. I even had to alter my itinerary for the last day to wait for its return. Aside from verbal apologies, there was no compensation whatsoever. So, a traveler's note: always pack your personal items carefully before leaving the room...

This hotel's biggest advantage is undoubtedly its prime location – it's just a short walk from Kanayama Station, making travel around the area extremely convenient.
However, there are significant areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness was disappointing, with noticeable amounts of hair left on the toilet walls, which suggests inadequate cleaning protocols. Additionally, communication with staff proved to be quite difficult, creating frustration when trying to address concerns or ask for assistance.

GGuest UserThe facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that children stay free of charge and breakfast is complimentary. The only minor downside is its distance from the subway station, which is about a 10-minute walk. However, a taxi ride is quite affordable, usually costing around 20-something RMB.

Overall, it was pretty good and offered great value for money. It's conveniently located in the city center of Minguo, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location itself is also very convenient, as is the transportation. The breakfast at the restaurant was quite rich and tasty. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the same building as Meitetsu Station, just upstairs. The Nohi Bus stop is conveniently downstairs. There's a fantastic unagi restaurant upstairs that's very popular, often with a 30-minute wait. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy because of the trains downstairs, but it usually quiets down after 11 PM.

AAnonymous UserGenerally speaking, Japanese hotels are quite clean, but the rooms are small and cramped for luggage. Those who are very particular about cleanliness should consider this hotel, as it does not offer housekeeping services regardless of the length of stay. Housekeeping costs 1000 yen per cleaning. We were only informed after two days of our stay by asking the front desk. Fortunately, we contacted Ctrip and they resolved the issue promptly, which is commendable. However, I hope the booking page will clearly state this information to customers in advance to avoid negative experiences.

VVinnie_OngRoom price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
