The owner is very warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy. (The picture was taken after we stayed, so it's a bit messy.) It has all the necessary appliances, including a fridge and a washing machine. The room is spacious, and the beds are also large, perfect for a family of six. We had a great experience! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Choosing Kuanrong Suite Hotel for my trip to Guanyinqiao, Chongqing, was honestly the best decision I made! My entire stay felt less like being in a hotel and more like being at home – so relaxed and comfortable, I didn't want to check out. I have to give a huge shout-out to the service here! The front desk staff were professional and gentle, offering thoughtful assistance from check-in onwards. They spoke softly and responded to every request immediately, without any overwhelming 'over-service' feeling; their sense of boundaries was just perfect. The most impressive part was the meticulous, thoughtful service: as soon as we arrived, they proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, saving us the trouble of lugging heavy suitcases ourselves. If you left dirty clothes outside the door before heading out, you'd return to find them washed, dried, neatly folded, and returned to your room – a true blessing for anyone who doesn't want to deal with laundry while traveling! Even more surprising was the breakfast service. The day before, they'd confirm our preferred delivery time and taste, then deliver it punctually to our room the next morning. No need to rush for breakfast; just leisurely enjoy a warm meal in your room, which instantly elevated the joy of the trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-planned layout that felt anything but cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of the Guanyinqiao business district, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The overall stay was impeccable. Whether for leisure travel or business trips, this place is my top choice. Next time I'm in Chongqing, I'll definitely stay here again! The stay is really nice. The location is amazing. There are two subway lines nearby (1,2), so it's convenient to travel by transport. Also, there's food market and pedestrian street in five minutes walk from the stay. The room is big and clean. We also love the city view and the coffee area on the wide windowsill. The property is helpful and kind. 24 hours online via Wechat, answers fast. We'd love to stay again when we're in Chongqing next time.

There's no need for long-distance travel, which is great for tourists with tight schedules. The butler service was excellent, with clear and standardized communication processes and quick response times. Before check-in, they provided clear instructions for directions and access codes. During my stay, any questions regarding facilities or travel were promptly addressed with solutions. The service was enthusiastic but not intrusive, striking a perfect balance. The hygiene was commendable; the entire house was cleaned thoroughly, and key areas like bathrooms and bedding were well-maintained. All basic facilities were in good working order and met all daily living needs. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, offering plenty of options for shopping and dining, making life very convenient. The guesthouse itself is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, there are no significant drawbacks; it's a solid accommodation choice with comprehensive strengths. Friends who prioritize convenient travel and reliable service can book with confidence. I was very satisfied with my stay; it's a very dependable place to stay while exploring Chongqing. I would honestly recommend this place to any friends visiting the city.

Top-notch view! ✨ Just checked out and I have to rave about this amazing guesthouse! The location is incredible, only a five-minute walk to the beach. Evening strolls watching the sunset were so therapeutic. The room was clean and cozy, and the smart home features were super convenient to use. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire sea view perfectly, and waking up to the sun in the morning was pure bliss~ The owner even thoughtfully prepared local snacks and a travel guide. The value for money is absolutely fantastic, I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍

Three stops away from the airport on line 3 (dark blue), this cute little apartment is suited perfectly for a day or two in the area. The building complex is conveniently situated right next to Huaxing subway stop, exit 1. The building is called 'Huakai Youth City', but it's not a youth hostel specifically. It's a regular apartment building with families and people of all ages living there, so don't think you're screened off staying there on account of age. The apartment itself is very clean with freshly laundered bedding and a small balcony that looks out onto the tree-lined street. A small kitchen has a couple of basics to supplement groceries bought. There is a supermarket directly under the apartment complex that could supplement any/all that you're missing. There are also a bunch of other amenities in the area including multiple pharmacies and a shopping mall. The caretaker was very sweet and took a bunch of time out of his day to escort me personally down to the police station to register my passport in the area. Waited with me, accompanied me through the whole process and then took me all the way back. This would only apply if you're a foreigner. The language barrier isn't an issue if you have a translation app set up or you could just add the person on Wechat and message translate.

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

The hotel was in the tall building, had a great view of city. It was more like the apartment than just a room, there was a washing machine inside the room. The building tried to save electric so it was quite darkness at the hallway, but the room was fine

Amazing apartment and in particular the view are incredible. Unfortunately the drone show was cancelled the day we came because of weather, but it was still worth it for views! Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Balcony and floor to ceiling windows too.

The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The room is bright, and the bedding is spotless. One of the shower doors in the bathroom was missing, which caused water to splash out when showering, but the room itself was quite spacious. They provide mineral water, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, slippers, and umbrellas are available for loan. The toilet paper and tissues were of good quality; however, the hand soap was poor. The apartment is right next to Jiefangbei. Bayi Delicious Street is just outside, and the Linjiangmen subway entrance is downstairs to the right. There's also a big dining plaza nearby, perfect for food lovers. It's also very close to Shibati and Hongyadong. The apartment's host was incredibly thoughtful, offering warm tips and recommending authentic local restaurants.
