This was my first time in Chongqing, and I wanted to make sure I had good food, good drinks, and convenient transportation. This hotel was perfect! Getting around by taxi was super easy, and the subway was also an option, though I preferred taxis. Just down the street from the hotel, there's a whole row of delicious Chongqing hot pot restaurants and tasty baozi. Behind the hotel, you'll find another street packed with local Chongqing specialty snacks, all of which were excellent. The hotel also offers breakfast, making it a top choice for travelers!

Extremely satisfied with the service at this hotel. From check-in, breakfast, to check-out, I had absolutely no complaints during my two-day stay! Superb! It's also very close to the airport, which is convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Jiefangbei and the subway. What's even better is that it's on a high floor, offering beautiful river views. The breakfast is quite generous, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively upgraded my room. If you're visiting Chongqing and want to stay near Jiefangbei, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Prior to my arrival, I had connected with the customer service team on WeChat, and they were well-prepared and attentive to my needs. The highlight of my stay, however, was the opportunity to enjoy the stunning sunsets from various vantage points around the resort, cigar in hand and fresh fruit nearby. These moments of peaceful contemplation, immersed in the beauty of the mountains, will be etched in my memory forever. Beyond the breathtaking views, the resort also offered engaging activities that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture. I had the privilege of learning the art of potting plants and marveling at the impressive bonsai tree collection, a true treat for a plant enthusiast like myself. The calligraphy session at the on-site tea house was also a wonderful experience, providing a moment of tranquil meditation amidst the adventure. While I would recommend Longmen Pu Village to any traveler seeking a unique and authentic escape, I would advise international guests to have a basic understanding of the Chinese language or be prepared to utilize translation apps. This slight challenge, however, is well worth the reward of experiencing this remarkable resort. I highly recommend this hotel in Chongqing! My relatives in Canada were so impressed with how happy we were staying here, they're already planning their own trip. There's so much to love about this hotel, but the laundry service really stands out. No need to fight for a washing machine or wait in line – just scan the QR code on the phone, and a staff member comes to pick up your clothes. The next day, they even deliver your freshly laundered items back to your room. It's such a thoughtful touch for guests who are out exploring all day. Plus, there's complimentary popcorn, ice cream, tea, and coffee available all day, which is a total lifesaver for families with kids. Another huge plus is the complimentary dessert soup served every evening from 8 PM. We were especially delighted that the staff member serving it could speak Cantonese! Our family was extremely satisfied with our choice of hotel this time, and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Chongqing. The subway station is right downstairs, and all the popular attractions are nearby. Absolutely fantastic!

My stay this time was excellent. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great. Special thanks to Xiao Yao and Xiao Zhen from housekeeping for their thoughtful and prompt service. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the location offered convenient access to transportation. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and tourism. I will definitely book here again next time.

🏮Located inside a renovated church down a long winding stair alley, this hotel was the definition of a hidden gem. If you didn’t know it existed, you definitely wouldn’t know it was there. The rooms were extremely spacious, with high ceilings, beautifully considered decor, and refined aesthetics. I’d say the rooms were way better than the pictures. ⛪️✨ 📸 The hotel offers a free travel photography service. You can have your hair/makeup/outfit done professionally for an additional charge but we wore our own stuff. Zihao (子豪) came to take photos of us on our second day and they turned out absolutely stunning!! The entire process took about an hour and he was incredibly professional, kind, and funny; and took the time to work with us through the language barrier using a translator app on his phone. You get a certain number of free photos, but we ended up buying almost the entire photo set with minimal editing from him because they turned out so good. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I will treasure the photos he took of my mom forever. 🍴 Breakfast is included and there’s a full service bar for guests where you can get free soft drinks and freshly cut fruit throughout the day. The hotel will also deliver a soup to your room in the evening (called night service? I think?) and it was really delicious. I have no photos of that because we ate it too fast. 😋 🧳 📝 The entrance of the hotel is a bit of a far- the nearest car drop-off point is Lingshi Alley No.8, Yuzhong Chongqing, and from there, you have to walk 3-4 flights of stairs down an alley to get to the entrance of the church. The hotel will message you ahead to help you with your luggage (and they’re extremely nice! Two of the staff helped us get our suitcases to our car at 5am when we had to leave very early 😵💫) but if you have any accessibility needs or difficulties walking up and down stairs, or just have a ton of luggage, this might not be the hotel for you 🚙😥 🌸 Overall, stunning hotel & amazing staff who you can message anytime on WeChat if you need anything. It feels like quiet escape in the middle of a super bustling crazy city. I would come back 100% if I was in Chongqing again. Thank you for everything!

The environment and service at Xiannvshan National Forest Park Bayu Homestay are both top-notch. The guesthouse offers pick-up and drop-off services to and from the scenic area entrance. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a tranquil courtyard surrounded by lush mountains and clear waters. The fresh air carries a faint scent of flowers and earth. The guesthouse features a modern minimalist design, with wooden pavilions and intricately carved window frames; every detail showcases the unique charm of the local culture. In terms of service, the staff are warm and attentive, from the thoughtful check-in guidance to meticulously planning sightseeing routes for guests, reflecting their genuine care. Here, you can savor authentic Bayu cuisine and experience a home-like warmth. In the morning, as the first rays of sunlight hit your window, you can stroll through the forest and embrace nature's bounty. After nightfall, the guesthouse glows with warm lights, reflecting the starry sky, making you feel as if you're in a dreamland. Every moment at Xiannvshan National Forest Park Bayu Homestay is a wonderful encounter with nature and culture, leaving you lingering and looking forward to your next visit.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jiefangbei, with the pedestrian street just downstairs – super convenient! However, it can get a bit noisy, especially with all the tourists downstairs at night. The room itself was great, very new, and the bedding was excellent quality, making for a really comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Chloe, who thoughtfully arranged breakfast for me. And the view of the Yangtze River from the 29th floor is absolutely stunning!

I chose the Ramada Encore in Guanyinqiao for my business trip to Chongqing this time, and it generally exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right in the heart of the Guanyinqiao commercial district. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station from downstairs, making it effortless for meeting clients, dining, or shopping. After work in the evening, I could even stroll out for some hotpot, which is super friendly for business travelers. I was given a business king room, which was spacious enough. The desk was large, power strips and USB ports were conveniently placed, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The soundproofing was good; I barely heard any noise from the corridor, so I slept very soundly. The linens and bathroom were clean, and hot water came quickly, which is very important. The front desk staff were highly efficient. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively helped me extend my stay until 2 PM. For breakfast, the highlight was the Chongqing noodles and freshly ground soy milk, which perfectly captured the local flavor. I ate them for two consecutive days without getting tired of them. This hotel offers unbeatable value for money. I will likely book it again on my next business trip to Chongqing.
