BBAIFANGThis hotel is the most detailed hotel I have stayed in Canada! The location is on the pedestrian street, the decoration is exquisite, the bath is full of L’Occitane, and there are two pairs of slippers! Loved, coffee is also a very good brand. Next time I go to Victoria, I will never look at any other hotels. The five-star praise is definitely worthy of it.

CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

WWEIHUAThe house faces the sea, you can watch the sunset and sunrise on the trail after crossing the road, and the landscape location is good. However, it is about 2-3km away from the city center, which is not convenient without driving. But the surroundings are very quiet. It is sweet to see a pair of elderly people here on vacation.
The housekeeper girls were very enthusiastic and recommended several good local seafood restaurants according to our requirements.

VVelasco-BuurmanThis hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!

朱朱The hotel is a 105-year-old building with furniture and accessories in English. The lobby has a large fireplace, old-fashioned metal radiators, plaid sofas, and freshly arranged flowers on each table. The complimentary buffet breakfast is also British, very elegant and has an atmosphere. . The hotel will check in from 3pm to 6pm and check in after 6pm. The hotel will email you to the specifics. It is suitable for self-driving tourists and has free parking. No teeth and slippers are provided, there is a castle behind the hotel, a unique English hotel experience ^_^

GGuest UserThe hotel is so beautiful from the outside and the inside. The guys at checkin and checkout were really nice too! We received a welcome drink and biscuits upon arrival, that was so thoughtful ! The room we had was out of a princess story but as its an old building theres no AC so in summer it can be difficult.. We still had fans and they told us that they re working on having rights to install them.

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
