"Came here for New Year's Eve and the staff were all incredibly welcoming. The buffet restaurant downstairs was open as usual. There were so many people setting off fireworks by the river in the evening, it was really lively, and you could definitely hear the fireworks from the 17th floor. Breakfast included local specialty pho. This is probably the most upscale hotel in the area. The hallways, rooms, and bathrooms are all very spacious. Many locals also come here to eat."

Room hygiene was average, and there was a lot of trash in the green belt next to the balcony. The exterior walls were also covered in snails and snail droppings. Additionally, the facilities at Na Jin Gu are old and poorly maintained."
