"The hotel is located in a renovated old mansion. The room on the top floor has a glass ceiling, so you can stargaze. I'm not sure how it will be in the summer sun, though. The receptionist is a pleasant person. The room is simple, no frills – perfectly fine for a transit stay."

"I stayed at Hotel Silver 39 from April 4th to 11th, 2026. I chose this hotel in Tbilisi based on its proximity to the city center and its interior design. It was important for me to stay in the Old Town while still having modern amenities. Pros: - Freedom Square is less than a 5-minute walk away, which is convenient as professional guided tours often start there. - The hotel is very clean and warm, with unlimited hot water. The rooms have everything you need, including toiletries, bathrobes, towels, and slippers, as well as tea-making facilities and a kettle. Instant coffee is also provided, though I don't drink it. - Each room has a safe. - The mini-bar is stocked with alcoholic beverages, and glasses are provided. - They provide 0.5L of water per person daily and are happy to provide more upon request. - The reception staff speak Russian and have guest umbrellas available. - The staff are very polite, caring, and attentive. I'd especially like to mention Nana at reception, who thoughtfully explained the hotel's concept. - The veranda on the 4th floor is a special highlight of the hotel. It offers wonderful views of Tbilisi, including the Old Town, Holy Trinity Cathedral, Mother of Georgia monument, and the Bridge of Peace. It's a great place to relax. Cons: - I would have appreciated a shoehorn. Would I come back to this hotel? Absolutely, I'll be returning!"

"Perfect stay at Tbilisi. The hotel is around 10min by foot from the city center but the walk through old and narrow streets is already quite nice. The staff at the front desk was super helpful, the room always clean. Amenities fully sufficient, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Not too big but high quality with some nice details. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant - can sit outside and it’s a la carte - you can choose two dishes which will freshly be prepared for you. Really delicious. My highlight was the gym - probably the best I’ve had along all 4 star hotels I stayed - including 24h opening service."

"Located in Old City, close to the bus stop and MRT station. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is provided. There is no water kettle in the room, but there is hot water for showering."

"Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed for a week and had requested a room with a view in advance because it was my birthday. The view was splendid, and the hotel was cozy. Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. Also, a suggestion: it would be great to have toothbrush holders in the bathroom. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends."

"I liked the location and the hotel staff. The rooms themselves were in terrible condition. Initially, the water heater leaked, causing the bathroom to constantly flood. All the hooks and holders in the bathroom were falling off. The door handle also didn't stay in place and would fall off every time I tried to close the door. The curtains would fly out of their grooves with the slightest touch or attempt to close them."

The location is incredibly convenient, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast view was breathtaking, offering a beautiful overlook of the town. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently, making our stay even more pleasant. "Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning: 1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands. 2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me. If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool."
