Tbilisi Hotels with Gym

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

Picture 1 shows the view from our room's balcony, with Gergeti Trinity Church directly in front of us. Pictures 2 and 3 are of the hotel's atrium, which has a very pleasant ambiance. There are many great eateries near the hotel; the top-rated shawarma spot on Dazhong Dianping is right downstairs. You'll also find plenty of supermarkets and fruit stalls nearby, giving the area a lively, local feel. There's free underground parking, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. It's also very close to the subway station, just a two-minute walk to many destinations. Aside from a bit of a communication barrier with the front desk (they struggled to understand us, making inquiries quite difficult), everything else was great. This is a highly recommended hotel with excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for a stay in Tbilisi.

We stayed here for two nights out of our week-long trip, and the breakfast was excellent! The bread, salad, yogurt, and sausages were all delicious. They even had some traditional Georgian dishes (only those suitable for breakfast, though), which I really enjoyed. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. It's conveniently located near the hot springs, so you can walk there. I highly recommend it if you're staying on the Old Town side.

The hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly. What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation. I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake. I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior. Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities.

The renovation isn't new, the room wasn't smoky, but it was noisy. The first two nights were quiet, then it became a nightmare. Especially around 4 AM, there was an incredibly loud noise from a garbage truck or something similar. I asked the reception to check if the window had been broken during cleaning, but nothing was ever fixed. The advertised king-size bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Even the mattresses weren't shared; each bed had its own. There was a card on the nightstand that you had to leave on the bed to get the sheets changed. But it was hit-or-miss: one time I left it, and nothing was changed, they didn't even make the bed completely. The next day I left it again, and they did change them. This was noticeable because the duvet cover had a rather impressive grease stain from a squashed moth, the presence of which, by the way, was also not great. Dental kits had to be requested daily at reception. Why can't they be replenished during cleaning if a request has already been made and the staff can see they've been used? Management will probably come up with an excuse, but for the customer, it's incredibly inconvenient. I've never encountered anything like it before.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!

The service was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. The pool and spa were a highlight—very clean, not crowded, and exceeding expectations for a hotel of this size. The location is convenient, close to Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi, with a supermarket and several dining options nearby. The metro and bus stops are both within about a 10-minute walk. The restaurant and room service were reasonably priced, although portion sizes could be slightly larger. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options and generous serving hours. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the view was stunning. Check-in was quick and efficient. The location was very convenient, with both a metro station and a bus stop nearby. The hotel was clean and beautifully maintained, and the housekeeper was a very kind and pleasant woman. It was a pity that the ceiling LED lighting wasn’t working properly. I was also disappointed that a party was held in the restaurant at night. We were even invited, but we were too tired to attend, and nighttime is usually meant for sleeping. Unfortunately, the party continued until around 4–5 a.m., making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
