Amazing
44lieElia is a very caring woman and wants to ensure you have a good time in Georgia. I went in January when it was quite cold, but still the rooms were very cosy. The location is very peaceful and easily walkable to the town. The kitchen also has good amenities. My only problem was there were cats and I have a cat allergy, so make sure to get anti-allergy medication. very cos overall:)
GGregArshinovThis place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture.
Thank you, Tamara & Georgi!
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The location was fantastic, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was worth every penny spent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed.
We arrived very late at night, but the self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with the staff was easy at all times, and they were quick to respond to any questions or requests.
The room was well-equipped, and all the facilities provided were excellent and worked perfectly. We genuinely have no complaints about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is a pleasant 8-10 minute walk from the sulfur baths. Be aware that you'll need to walk uphill, which might be challenging for those with leg issues. The place is clean. Breakfasts are good, you definitely won't go hungry. The room had nice slippers, but no bathrobe. There was tea, coffee, and a lovely welcome gift of a small wine and some sweets upon check-in. There's also wine on the table, which is paid but very affordable. Housekeeping was daily, though towels and bedding weren't changed over our three-night stay. From the 7th floor, you get a beautiful view of Tbilisi.
GGuest UserPros:
- the room is big, clean and well equiped
- very comfortable mattress
- the owners are friendly and helpful
- there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction)
- breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though)
I have no cons, just some observations:
- the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt
- 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area
- Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop.
It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.
YyinsunbeamThe location is close to Liberty Square, very clean and tidy, recommended. In addition, I arrived late, close to 12 o'clock in the evening, the landlord was very enthusiastic.
EEnaaaNice room, clean, but the doors are thin, everything that happens in the corridor is very audible. But all the visitors were calm, so the rare noise of conversation at the reception did not bother, slept sweetly, lots of pillows, comfortable bed

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
SSusanThis review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable.
There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.
