2200728****Very good hotel, quiet environment, rich breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable bedding. The lobby manager is very friendly and welcoming. There is also a landscape smoking area on the 5th floor, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel.
It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help.
These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free.
U speak English or Russian to them does not matter. They do not care about u or about ur business that u chose their hotel vs others.
Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Everywhere I felt like they didn’t expect u and why u even came.
The location is convenient to the subway.
The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep.
The previous hotel I stayed in Tbilisi close to Freedom square was much nicer.
So I will not recommend this one.

YYana AnisimovaHotel in general, liked. Breakfasts are diverse, delicious, not one and the same day each day. Beds are comfortable, plumbing is ideal. Plus, naturally, more, but there are also minus:
1. No tea or coffee in the room. Even in poor crusts there has always been a soluble coffee and a couple of tea bags. Here is only water
2. The bed linen smells very strong and sharp. Gradually get used to it, but it starts to the eyes.
3. Towels clearly smell chlorine. It's good that disinfection and all that, but pleasant little.

DDenis SolovjevThe hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the old town. If you're wondering whether to pay extra for a balcony: do it! The balconies face the mountain and offer a beautiful view from that side of the hotel. Of course, this is with the caveat of the old town's age and the somewhat unkempt roofs of nearby buildings.
We extended our stay and had the opportunity to experience two different room categories: with and without a balcony. In both rooms, we had issues with the shower thermostats; they were extremely stiff to adjust. It won't be easy to find the optimal water temperature for showering.
We purchased breakfast on the second day of our stay. It was ordinary but perfectly good value for money. There's a coffee shop nearby that opens early in the morning, and we found it more enjoyable to have breakfast there.
Overall, it's a standard Ibis: a small room, but clean and well-designed, very clean, and friendly.

GGuest UserStays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

GGuest UserClean and stylish room, excellent breakfast, responsive Russian-speaking staff who immediately offered to find a way out of the force major situation we got into. To the Freedom Square 10 minutes walk; but it is worth noting that the hotel is located on the mountain, on the road to the hotel in a couple of places quite a steep rise.

XXiaoai8661The hotel's location is pretty decent. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was quite comfortable; I booked a slightly larger room type. The hotel environment and breakfast were really good, with many choices of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. However, the surrounding area is a bit quiet for walking, and it's a bit far from the main attractions. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

匿匿名顧客The location is undesirable as there's not much fun in the area. Not easily accessible, no proper pedestrian to the supermarket on the left hand side. In the front of the hotel is a always busy road with tonnes of car day and night. The room itself is very clean and functional. I had a good rest. Staff is the best thing here, nice helpful and patient. Breakfast with variety and good.

GGuest UserWe took a taxi from Tbilisi Station to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location. It is opposite the trade center. The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel has a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very rich. The only drawback is that it is close to the main road and it is a bit noisy at night.
