"Choosing Swissôtel among the many five-star hotels in Tbilisi was the best decision I made on this trip. Every detail met five-star standards, and I absolutely loved the minimalist yet stylish wooden decor in the rooms. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, and I had emailed the hotel in advance with our request. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday surprise and helped us reserve a fantastic table for two with an amazing view at the rooftop Atmosphere bar. A big thank you to the front desk team for their professional and meticulous service, which helped us create a beautiful and unforgettable evening."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast is abundant, and the location is fantastic – super convenient for getting around. It's just a 15-minute walk to the cable car that takes you up the mountain for scenic views. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops right around the hotel, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"I stayed for 4 days straight, and the facilities and environment were truly excellent. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast, went out to explore during the day, came back in the afternoon for coffee, and in the evening, I indulged in wine tasting, swimming, and sauna. Capped off with a bedtime story, it was a perfectly blissful cycle. The specialty dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"The location is excellent, and the swimming pool is fantastic for tanning. The gym is also great, and there's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. The views are superb, and the night view from the 37th-floor bar is beautiful. Just make sure they don't mess up your laundry, deliver the wrong clothes, or lose your clothes."

"Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room payment – I had paid through Trip.com, but the hotel couldn't see the payment. Nevertheless, we provided a deposit while the situation was being clarified. Overnight, the Trip.com team resolved everything, and our money was returned! This was the only unpleasant thing that happened during our stay. The hotel offered amazing and varied breakfasts, a really great outdoor pool and spa area, and a beautiful and cozy room! "We absolutely loved Novotel! The location is superb: a 10-minute walk to major attractions, and the metro is just 2 minutes away. Yet, the hotel itself is situated on quiet streets, with no tourist crowds or car horns – absolute silence (we have something to compare it to in Tbilisi). The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The breakfast is varied, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruits. The staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The cleaning is excellent – everything is very clean and tidy. Next time we're in Tbilisi, we'll choose this hotel again."

"An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin.The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice.The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations based on previous reviews, but as soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the floor-to-ceiling windows and city views. I didn't even want to leave! The night view was absolutely stunning, and all the photos were taken from inside the room. Breakfast was also good, and the breakfast restaurant on the terrace had a great view too, with lots of little sparrows flitting around, waiting for scraps. Plus, the Asian restaurant next to the hotel lobby is really delicious – highly recommend it!"

"The Glarros is an excellent hotel to stay in that is close to everything in the Old town. However there is a lot of noise from the street until late in the early hours of the morning. The beds were very comfortable and staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a highlight and must tey. However, one thing that concerned me was there was a plate from another guest on the fire extinguisher box outside our room 4 days in a row, even after we told the front desk about it. There was always a dirty plate there. Apart from this the rooms and hotel were spotless and we enjoyed our stay."
