"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious, bright, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My travel plans changed unexpectedly, and the manager was incredibly kind and understanding, making a stressful situation much easier for me. Their hospitality really made a difference.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi."

"The hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in.
The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly.
What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation.
I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake.
I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior.
Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities."
