Gurugram Hotels with balcony

I would recommend booking this stay only using trip.com because I got this for half the price on trip.com but on Indian app or in-person it cost me double. But there’s a drawback that most of the time it’s shows full on trip.com in spite of showing available on other apps. Apartment is really good with all the amenities, it has a balcony if you’re smoker with lot of storage options, a kitchen with all the utilities.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disturbing and amounts to harassment by the hotel staff, ***** with gross mismanagement and lack of basic humanity. We were explicitly allowed to enter and stay in the room, including having guests. Once permission was granted, there was no justification for the staff to continuously interrupt us throughout the night via repeated phone calls and visits to the room. This constant disturbance, despite having allowed us to stay, felt like deliberate harassment. Further, the housekeeping staff initially confirmed that pets were allowed, based on which we proceeded. Later, the front desk team contradicted this information, stating that pets were not allowed. This internal miscommunication is entirely the hotel’s responsibility, yet the consequences were unfairly imposed on us. During the night, my mother was asked to stand outside the hotel at around 12:30 AM, in the cold and darkness, for nearly 30 minutes, and was repeatedly told to move aside instead of being assisted. This was both unsafe and inhumane. The front desk staff, Alisha and Pankaj, were rude, repeatedly poked and provoked the situation, and invaded our privacy by attempting to enter the room under the pretext of noise complaints. Ironically, they themselves escalated the matter by calling multiple staff members into the lobby and creating a scene. Ultimately, we were forced out of the hotel at 3:30 AM, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Asking guests to leave hotel premises in the middle of the night due to the hotel’s own policy confusion cannot be justified on any humanitarian or professional grounds. Hotels are not just about rulebooks—they are about hospitality, safety, and empathy. This incident reflects a serious failure on all three fronts. We strongly urge the management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action, so that no guest is subjected to such harassment, humiliation, or risk in the future.

Excellent property and facilities. The reception associate ms jyoti is extremely customer friendly and prompt in getting the requests managed. The overall staff performance is very good. I would definitely want to avail the service again.

Titanium residency offers both great and average stay. I will list down both the pros and cons. Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. good set up for office work. Access to conference room also available. Washrooms are amazing. Cons: Wifi speed is bit bad. Breakfast buffet is exact same everyday, expected a bit more variation. But taste wise not bad. The major throw off was in the highlights it was mentioned that they offer free laundry for 2 items daily - not done. Gym and Office terrace was advertised - it's not there. Complimentary high-tea was offered and it was not given.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

It’s really hot to meet the hotel’s air conditioning line. The hotel room is very large, it is the most cost-effective hotel of its kind. But breakfast is generally like, the individual does not like the waiter around the old, staring at the progress of your meal, feel free to come over and collect the plate, ask if you want to eat. . .

The hotel owner is very supportive and the staff is also nice even morning breakfast with is included with hotel booking amount was also very nice ( water melon, poha, paratha, toast) is included in breakfast

Beautiful property like an oasis. It is close to shopping areas too, so good location. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. They are neither too small nor too big, specially for a single or a couple. The swimming pool is also of good size. The Gym is well equipped. The food in all restaurants is of wide variety and tasty. Service is good.
