"I stayed at three riads in Fes, and this one was the most beautiful! Even before booking, the photos looked gorgeous, and stepping inside still left me speechless with ”WOW~WOW~WOW~”! The blue and white color scheme was like a castle from Ice Princess's castle—so beautiful and romantic! The host, like the house he decorated, was a gentleman—gentle, thoughtful, and generous. His service was comprehensive and professional, a truly welcoming experience! Our room was especially beautiful, clean, comfortable, and impeccably designed! We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 am the next day, so we hadn't booked breakfast. The host had thoughtfully prepared a bag of snacks and drinks for us, which was incredibly touching and heartwarming. This trip to Morocco has been filled with so many wonderful experiences. The kind and genuine Moroccan people completely shattered my preconceived notions about Morocco. You really have to see and experience the world for yourself to know its true nature!"

"Wonderful riad in the Medina of Fes! The hosts are very caring, everything is done for the comfort of the guests. Air conditioning, cleanliness, oriental flavor in all the decoration of the room! We spent two great days, incredibly delicious home-cooked food, a magnificent view on the terrace! The only nuance is a separate shower from the room, but in general this is more the specificity of the riad itself, it did not bother us. There is a parking lot nearby. "特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。"

"Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte"

"Great breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?"

"設施：淋浴間特別大，洗澡特別爽，總體來説比較古色古香，絕對不能説得上狠心，唯一的缺點是網絡真的很差很差，基本等同於沒有網……扣的分基本是扣給了網絡很差這件事情 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：在一大堆巷子裏面找路其實有點困難，路上有摩洛哥人幫忙指路，竟然還索要的小費，但是店主把他們關在門外了，我們沒有給小費。環境非常清幽，泳池的庭院也太好看，太好拍照了！ 服務：服務特別好，入住的時候會給你泡綠茶，而且會問你早餐想吃什麼，所有摩洛哥的風味都能吃到！"

"Riad is on the edge of Medina, go from the busy tourist part of the minutes 25-30. In the evening it is better not to walk, maybe it is not safe. The room was big with a good bed. Breakfast was mostly made of sweets and baking but it was delicious. The staff was friendly."

The hotel is located in the old city of Medina, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Blue Gate of Boujilou. The location is super convenient. As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the Moroccan traditional courtyard. The mosaic tiles and carved wooden doors are super atmospheric and beautiful for taking pictures! The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the terrace overlooked the panoramic view of the old city of Fez. Director Lin also recommended a super authentic tagine restaurant near the hotel, which was much better than the Internet celebrity restaurant! The hotel service is also very considerate. The front desk is fluent in English and helped arrange airport pick-up and local SPA. You must try the mint tea and honey pancakes for breakfast!
