Kigali Hotels with balcony

I had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious options every morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Eagle view to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest! The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable. The Nature Kigali was the most beautiful experience. Strategically located, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly, amazing, accommodating staff. The owner Hugh is very friendly. We felt like we were at home away from home. Great value for money. The food is so popular that is well frequented. There are stores in walking distance.....What can I say..I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in spick and span budget hotel. I would do it again!

Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

I had a great stay at Royal Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was a nice size, and it had a comfortable setup. I appreciated the smart TV and the overall feel of the room. The airport pickup service was convenient and cost $30. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, a plain omelette, and potatoes that were really good. The only issue I had was that the balcony doors would not lock, which was something that should be addressed for guests’ safety and peace of mind. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good amenities and helpful service.

Most perfect location one could find in Kigali. Great services and facilities. highly recommended!! Rooms are of good size and also very clean. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the city! Couldn’t find anything negative to say

The facilities were good with a fully functional kitchen. Staff are wonderful always read to assist. Of particular note is Tina and John. The location is great , and the golf course is not far off . Spar supermarket is about 10 minutes walk down the road. The interior design of the apartment hotel is up to date. Overall good

It was so disappointing to be treated by the hotel driver paid for all transportation treating me as if it's a favor to drive me around. Complained to the manager... hope to bring some sense of professionalism in him. Besides everything was ok... unless I had to ask for bathing soap when I need to shower!
