We recently stayed at Ben’s House Villa in Bangsaen and it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, cozy, and perfectly organized, making it feel like a home away from home. Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside.
What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

July.FridayThe location is excellent, right by the road. The place is spacious with lots of trees. The staff service is good in all departments. However, when I booked the room, I requested a sea-view room, but the staff gave me the first room facing the road, which was a very long walk from the lobby. There were only two rooms in that entire section of the building. Walking back to the room at night felt isolated, and there were just two of us women staying there. As for the breakfast spread, it was a bit limited. And I had intended to charge my car, but it turned out the charger was an AC plug! Who would carry a power cord for that? I was quite confused... Ultimately, I was very disappointed with the charging station. There were 6 spots, but no one was charging their car.

New hotel, clean rooms, good location, safe, parking, cold air conditioning, hot water, clean towels, soft bed, soft pillows, but the pillows are high. Those who don't like high pillows are advised to bring their own pillows. But for us, we like it very much. There are 2 complaints: 1. The shower head is a bit too gentle, but the bidet and the faucet are far away and have normal power. 2. The room walls are not soundproof. You can hear what the neighbors are doing or saying. If you have trouble sleeping, I recommend getting earplugs.
There is a drugstore at the entrance of the alley. There is an electric car charger next to the hotel, which is very good. Across from the hotel is a police station. If you want to go to 7-Eleven, you have to drive for about 2 minutes.
Overall, it is very good for this price.
If I go to Bangsaen again, I will go back to stay here.

Guest UserThe walls in the room are quite thin; I could hear the people next door talking and laughing loudly, which made it hard to sleep.
The towels were very old, frayed at the edges, and no longer white.
Breakfast was shrimp congee and pork congee. The shrimp were very fresh and large, and they gave a generous portion of pork.
Since it's an apartment, the previous tenant hadn't cleaned the glasses and bowls properly.

Room was fine and clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to.
Parking was a bit difficult as the hotel was busy but I managed OK.
My only concern as I mentioned before is Breakfast. None of the dishes were marked with Thai or English and the staff didnt understand my sign language.
Eggs were only available fried and the reception said they were not prepared to provide anything else. Short sighted attitude from my standpoint but as the hotel was busy I guess most people found this acceptable. I value my health in old age so surely a boiled egg isnt too much to ask.....

Deluxe rooms facing sea have a good view and the beach attractions are just outside. The hotel is showing signs of age. Bathroom sink blocked. Ants in the room. Towels and sheets looking old. If you want the room made-up you must ask reception. OK for a short stay.
