GGuest UserThis was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.

JJamieeXWe opted for Crown Tower this time, and both my family and I were extremely satisfied. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and prime location. Its spacious rooms consistently deliver comfort and satisfaction. Crown Tower Perth not only offers generous room sizes but also boasts a wide array of entertainment and dining facilities, including a casino, a shopping mall, and diverse restaurants, catering to the needs of various guests. Moreover, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city. Crown Tower Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure, and I personally highly recommend it.

RRegina Suzanty HotmauliHad a wonderful stay at this property. The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall. The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent. Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor. It is a good choice for Perth travel. But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!... I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked. Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home. We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

WWendy_yyyyI stayed at this hotel for a few days in Perth, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right opposite luxury boutiques, in a very central CBD area, making getting around incredibly convenient! We booked a family room, and the sofa converts into a bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, so we could easily prepare some simple meals. Upon check-in, we received three complimentary bottles of water. We asked for three more later, and even though the front desk mentioned only three were free, they still provided them, which showed their very warm and helpful service. You can also ask them for a map of the free CAT (bus) routes in the city center – we used it a few times and found it really convenient. (Just a note: housekeeping isn't provided during your stay, but you can request them to empty the trash.)

WWohaizhishigebaobaoneThis is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

YYujiaolongHighly recommend. 1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the CBD, right next to the Westin Hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a Red Cat Bus stop nearby, and the pedestrian street is also within easy walking distance, as are many other attractions. 2. **Parking:** I didn't drive, but there's a large parking lot next to the hotel, which would be very convenient for those who do. 3. **Spacious Rooms:** I stayed near the pedestrian street for the first two nights, and that hotel was small and expensive. In comparison, for the same price, the rooms here are much larger, and the service is good. The convenience is about the same, so I'd recommend this hotel more. 4. **Minor Issues:** The toilet flush sound insulation could be better; the flushing from the next room early in the morning did disturb my sleep. However, overall, it's not a major issue. Guests generally seem quiet, and I didn't encounter any noisy neighbors in the middle of the night. 5. **Amenities:** There's a refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing milk, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast and dinner. 6. **Tour Pick-up:** When staying here, most day tours offer doorstep pick-up, which saved a lot of hassle compared to taking a taxi to a meeting point. Recommended.

AAmylulumi HoWe stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill. Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change. In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel. To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

AAnonymous UserHotel doesn't look like freshly renovated. Room was ok. Quite basic if you are not asking much. Were given dirty towel one day and requested for a change. Took two phone calls to reception to get that. Other times, calls to receptions were unanswered or long. Carpark nearby so convenient. There is also Coles nearby and convenience stores and fast food nearby.
