LLamlamlalaThe day before check-in, the hotel butler added me on WeChat and provided instructions on how to reach the hotel. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot, so no need to go to the customer service center first. Just navigate directly to 'Shuangquan Hotel Parking' and head to the hotel lobby to check in. Service: There was no concierge staff to help with luggage, but the front desk staff were quite good, answering all our questions. Both of our reserved rooms were upgraded. When one room card was lost, the front desk receptionist replaced it for free, and their service attitude was excellent. Environment: The environment is pretty good, and the location is arguably excellent. It's right near the Tourist Service Center, making it convenient to get everywhere! It's also very close to the shuttle bus terminal at the customer service center, just a few minutes' walk. If you have enough time, you can even walk to various scenic spots instead of taking the shuttle. We got complimentary breakfast buffets for both rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The setting is nice, and the variety and taste are decent. I brought my baby, and I had requested a bed rail in advance, but they could only install it on one side, and it wasn't very sturdy. The baby toiletries only included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The sink was a bit high for a baby; I'd suggest providing a step stool, otherwise, an adult has to hold the baby to wash hands, which is inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is super convenient! I'll definitely stay at Shuangquan again next time!

It took us a little time to find the exact location of the hostel because we did not realise that it shares its ground-floor entrance with another hotel in the same building. Check-in was straightforward: the receptionist was very friendly and showed us around, explaining the basic rules. There are separate rooms for women and men; ours had ten bunk beds and a locker. Extra luggage can be stored in a secure luggage room. Both the room and the bunk bed were very clean. There is a small cupboard and a socket inside each bunk bed. This is very convenient. The room also has air conditioning, but this can be annoying if you have the bed right next to it and cannot agree with your roommates on a suitable temperature at night. In such cases, having a consistent room temperature would be a better solution. There are separate shared bathrooms and showers for men and women, as well as a cosmetic table and washing machines. There is also a community room with a great view, access to a spacious balcony, a fitness area, a coffee/water station, and some other soda and ice machines. The community area has a bar, a home cinema, sofas and tables, as well as a tea corner. This area is great for meeting interesting people. The lake is within walking distance, as is the public transport. Overall, we had a great time there. The staff are welcoming, and there's a family atmosphere. We would choose to stay there again if we visit Jinan again!

SSHUM TSUE YENReception service is reasonably good, fast check-in, staff are friendly but speaks very basic English, hood enough by China standards. Stayed in the same hotel during opening a year ago, the room condition has since deteriorated but kept decently clean by very hardworking housekeeping staff. Hotel does not have any facilities hence nothing to comment. I stayed for 9 days this time round and the breakfast menu hardly changed throughout, bored with the same offerings after 2 days. Restaurant is very short staffed, with the same lady manning the noodle station & eggs station is also clearing tables. Only 1 staff handling the entire restaurant at most time. Perhaps due to competitive pricing offered, expect to encounter some low end guests with very uncultured behavior. Overall, it's a decent stay and good value for money.

YYizhimaoyouThis is the third time I have been to Zhujiayu. This time I chose Tanjing Courtyard, which was very good. First of all, the yard is very fun and children especially like it. By the way, parking is free, and breakfast and Chinese food are included, don't waste it.

Although there was a minor hiccup, our trip manager, Xiao Gao, handled it promptly, and the person in charge followed up throughout, resolving the issue smoothly – that was the most heartwarming part of the trip. While the scenic area is beautiful, occasional unexpected situations are inevitable. The management team's conscientiousness and responsibility demonstrated their strong ability to handle any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a perfect vacation.
