ZZouma1This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spotless with no strange odors, and the bedding was really comfortable. They provided a full set of toiletries too. The front desk staff were efficient and had a great attitude. The hotel itself is quiet and not noisy at all, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. A perfect stay!

GGuest UserFacilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so everything is brand new. Cleanliness: Okay. Ambiance: The lobby is spacious and quite nice, and the room is also very generous. The tree shadow lamp and wallpaper look great, adding a wonderful atmosphere. Service: The front desk service was exceptional. Mary at the front desk was quick and professional during check-in, and Xiao Zhu was particularly enthusiastic, recommending delicious local eats nearby~(˶╹ꇴ╹˶)~ Location: The location is excellent, right opposite the Olympic Sports Center. There's MixC shopping mall, the Provincial Museum, and a subway station nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. Thumbs up!

LLamlamlalaThe day before check-in, the hotel butler added me on WeChat and provided instructions on how to reach the hotel. There's a dedicated hotel parking lot, so no need to go to the customer service center first. Just navigate directly to 'Shuangquan Hotel Parking' and head to the hotel lobby to check in. Service: There was no concierge staff to help with luggage, but the front desk staff were quite good, answering all our questions. Both of our reserved rooms were upgraded. When one room card was lost, the front desk receptionist replaced it for free, and their service attitude was excellent. Environment: The environment is pretty good, and the location is arguably excellent. It's right near the Tourist Service Center, making it convenient to get everywhere! It's also very close to the shuttle bus terminal at the customer service center, just a few minutes' walk. If you have enough time, you can even walk to various scenic spots instead of taking the shuttle. We got complimentary breakfast buffets for both rooms on the second floor of the hotel. The setting is nice, and the variety and taste are decent. I brought my baby, and I had requested a bed rail in advance, but they could only install it on one side, and it wasn't very sturdy. The baby toiletries only included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The sink was a bit high for a baby; I'd suggest providing a step stool, otherwise, an adult has to hold the baby to wash hands, which is inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is quite good, and staying within the scenic area is super convenient! I'll definitely stay at Shuangquan again next time!

It took us a little time to find the exact location of the hostel because we did not realise that it shares its ground-floor entrance with another hotel in the same building. Check-in was straightforward: the receptionist was very friendly and showed us around, explaining the basic rules. There are separate rooms for women and men; ours had ten bunk beds and a locker. Extra luggage can be stored in a secure luggage room. Both the room and the bunk bed were very clean. There is a small cupboard and a socket inside each bunk bed. This is very convenient. The room also has air conditioning, but this can be annoying if you have the bed right next to it and cannot agree with your roommates on a suitable temperature at night. In such cases, having a consistent room temperature would be a better solution. There are separate shared bathrooms and showers for men and women, as well as a cosmetic table and washing machines. There is also a community room with a great view, access to a spacious balcony, a fitness area, a coffee/water station, and some other soda and ice machines. The community area has a bar, a home cinema, sofas and tables, as well as a tea corner. This area is great for meeting interesting people. The lake is within walking distance, as is the public transport. Overall, we had a great time there. The staff are welcoming, and there's a family atmosphere. We would choose to stay there again if we visit Jinan again!

YYizhimaoyouThis is the third time I have been to Zhujiayu. This time I chose Tanjing Courtyard, which was very good. First of all, the yard is very fun and children especially like it. Secondly, the stewed chicken at the farmhouse my aunt contacted was particularly delicious. Finally, the boss was also very enthusiastic. However, I still want to make some suggestions, not because I feel bad, but because I want to encourage the boss to do better. Suggestion 1: If there is a smelly sister in the room in autumn, it is recommended to apply medicine in advance. Suggestion 2: The breakfast is too simple, and even the old man will not be full at all. Suggestion 3: It would be better if there are toys for children. The fragrance of osmanthus in the golden autumn leaves good memories in Tanjing Courtyard. I will continue to choose here next time.

GGuest UserThe facilities aren't new, and the cleaning staff were great, but the front desk was a whole other story. You had to proactively ask for the welcome drinks and snacks, and even then, they'd only be available the next day during business hours. When my takeout arrived, they didn't send the robot for half an hour. When I called to ask, they told me if I was in a hurry, I could go down and get it myself. I was speechless. They clearly messed up and inconvenienced a customer, yet they were so irresponsible. It was a really bad experience. I'm too lazy to move my luggage, so I'll just make do for a few more days.

KKeliguicangOften come to Jinan, it is also a little experience, friends to introduce this, but also with a little expectation. The wide parking spaces in the navigation into the hospital made me relax a lot. The registration is like this. The front desk is very polite, but the tea and snacks next to it really solve the fatigue of the whole way, especially the milk-flavored small twist, which is absolutely recommended. The boss seems to have nostalgic feelings, the photos of the cheongsam of the Republic of China, the photos of the late Qing Dynasty mansion in the secluded distance, the record player 100 years ago, and there is a set of rifles (models) on the parade in the elegant cafe. It is really the international environment of the moment. The feeling of living is not said, quiet, hygienic and so on are great, the key people have Jinan ceiling-level seafood buffet Fengzhuohui within 100 meters, Lotus Shopping Mall, to Qilu Software Park is only one kilometer, honestly, it is indeed our first choice for business travelers, I also recommend it! By the way, parking is free, and breakfast and Chinese food are included, don't waste it.
