The hotel is clean and cozy. The location is very convenient as well as it is very near Jinanxi railway station. There are also restaurants around the place. Overall, we had a great time and we wiĺl stay here again next time.

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. Pros: 1. The reception staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 2. There is a convenient underground parking area in the building, and it also supports electric vehicle charging, which is a big plus. 3. The breakfast was generally good. It is advertised as European and Chinese breakfast, but in reality it is more Chinese-style. However, the food was still tasty and enjoyable. 4. Another big plus is that pets are allowed. A deposit of 300 CNY is required, and that’s all—no other complications. Cons: 1. The windows in the room were quite dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, which affected the overall impression. 2. A more serious issue was the elevators. The hotel is located inside a residential building, so the elevators are shared with residents and staff. Even though there are four elevators (three were operating), we had to wait a long time at any time of the day, which was quite inconvenient. 3. Another downside is that there is no iron or steamer available. If you need to straighten your clothes, there is no option for that in the hotel. Overall: In general, the hotel left a good impression thanks to its cleanliness, friendly staff, and pet-friendly policy, but there are some noticeable practical inconveniences that are worth considering.

It was a failure to check in. The room was very cold and it showed that it had air conditioning. The temperature was 13 degrees even if it was turned on on the first night. The next day I went to the staff and was told that the main switch of the air conditioner was not turned on and that the air conditioner was a decoration. His house had floor heating, so he asked the maintenance man to turn on the floor heating again on the second night. The room temperature on the second night was 16 degrees, still in the middle of the room, and it was about 12 degrees near the seats. I felt cold. The door lock of the bathroom is broken. If the door is not locked, it cannot be opened from the outside. The front desk has to use tools to open the door. The staff said that this happens often, which delays the work. The worst thing is that the decoration was very noisy when the guests checked in, which affected their rest. I don’t know what materials were used during the construction during the day, and they floated into the room and irritated the eyes, causing tears in the eyes.

Environment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently. I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

The hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

This stay experience was great! The location of the hotel is very good and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, the check-in speed was very fast, and the whole process was patiently answered questions. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleeping is particularly stable. The room has good lighting and ventilation, the facilities are complete, hot water and network use are very smooth. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the quality of toiletries is online, and the hygiene details are in place. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, and the rest is particularly good. The price/performance ratio exceeded expectations, and the service and hardware could not be faulted. It is suitable for both travel and short stay. I will choose this one next time. I really recommend it to everyone!

It’s within walking distance to Jinan Railway so it’s a good hotel to consider when you are using HSR - but do note that most HSR will go to Jinan West station which is not so near tourist attractions. I cab almost everywhere from this hotel as Jinan’s road traffic is chaotic, making walking to nearby tourist attractions a bit overwhelming for foreigners. It’s not near the metro station but don’t use metro, as it does not lead you directly to attractions like what other China cities do and you need to figure out the transfers. That said it’s within walking distance (20-30min careful walk dodging all the charging scooters and unfriendly cyclists) to the more decent attractions like their old CBD area which is great for street photography. If I am to choose again I’ll stay nearer to the spring clusters since I’m going to cab everywhere anyway as those area seems more vibrant. In addition this hotel appears to host big groups which make having a peaceful breakfast impossible. When I’m trying to have an early breakfast as early as 7am when breakfast start serving so that I can start my day early, I was shocked to see the entire cafeteria crowded with tourists. I have to delay the breakfast for 40min so that I get a place to eat in peace.
