I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel truly touched me with all its thoughtful details! I used to work in international-star hotels over a decade ago, so I have pretty high standards when it comes to accommodations. Most hotel operations are formulaic, and it's rare for one to genuinely surprise me! Dining: Afternoon tea, breakfast or brunch (perfect for those who sleep in!), complimentary mini-bar... the list goes on. Accommodation: My casual photos simply can't do justice to the quality of the room's hardware! It's excellent! Truly, truly excellent hardware! What surprised me most was that the standard toiletries in the room were Frédéric Malle! In my opinion, this is true luxury fragrance! I always make a point to buy Frédéric Malle perfumes whenever I go to Europe! What a delightful surprise! Service: Absolutely top-notch! Excellent in every single aspect! I couldn't find a single flaw! Even though our family was just passing through Jinan on our trip, this hotel made the journey incredibly memorable!

After our May Day trip to Dongying and Weifang, we passed through Zhangqiu on our way back to Shanxi. We found this unique B&B online and were quite taken by it. Overall, the B&B has a lot of character. Our family of six booked two rooms, and they thoughtfully placed us in the same courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful, with a camping table and a rocking chair. The rooms are Japanese-style with a balcony, offering lovely views of the stream and flowers – truly a secluded retreat away from the city. The kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast was simple but well-balanced and nutritious; the 'nine-grid' breakfast was quite novel. The room also had a small tub for soaking, though we weren't sure if it was a hot spring; it didn't quite feel like one. As for drawbacks, the room was a bit small, and there was no table or cabinet for placing items (aside from a wardrobe for hanging clothes), so there wasn't much space for other odds and ends. Luckily, we didn't have too many things. The toilet was electric. It's a very poetic place, and if the price is right, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite new, with a beautiful modern Chinese-style decor and is spotlessly clean. The facilities are comprehensive and fully functional. The slippers provided are thick and comfortable. The handheld shower hose is a bit stiff; it would be easier to adjust the direction if it were made of a softer material. The breakfast is delicious, offering both Chinese and Western options with a wide variety of choices, including many local specialties like Tianmo, Bazirou with rice, shrimp potstickers, Shandong steamed buns, and lamb soup. They thoughtfully provide a 'Top 10 Must-Try' list on the tables, which is very helpful for avoiding bad choices. I especially enjoyed the lamb soup and roujiamo. The yogurt and cakes are also quite good. Our butler, Zhenzhen, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always answering our questions instantly. Her service was absolutely impeccable, definitely a five-star experience!

The room was clean and tidy, but the TV was awful. The pool must have been rented out because it was so dirty. There were no regular channels, just infomercials. I've never seen anything like it! If they don't improve their management, they'll definitely go out of business! The price was around 400 yuan, which is cheap, but the service needs a lot of improvement.

The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent ventilation system. The bedding was elegant and comfortable, and the bathtub was spotless. The amenities provided were high-quality. Outside the window, the scenery was beautiful, surrounded by mountains, allowing for a wonderfully peaceful sleep. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious, crispy baked pastries. These, paired with perfectly seasoned fish and ham, were fantastic. I also enjoyed a bowl of oatmeal with various nuts and dried fruits; all the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Dinner was even better! My 6'3” son (a big eater!) piled his plate high, and the servers were incredibly attentive, constantly clearing dishes without a single complaint. Truly the service quality you'd expect from a Hilton – thumbs up! 👍

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

I used to come here often. When I was a student, I'd stay for half a month straight. Coming back after several years, I noticed it hasn't changed much, just a bit older. It's very comfortable, the AC works great, and it's quiet with good soundproofing. The king bed is really comfy. The towels seem to be newly replaced – clean and odorless. The toiletries are a good selection. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Jinan.

The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-equipped, and the room layout is practical. They even upgraded our room type due to special circumstances. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent and met our basic needs. As a five-star hotel, it offers great value for money overall and comes highly recommended.

They even had little emotional value cards in the mineral water section – the service really goes above and beyond these days! My package included an afternoon tea, but since my schedule didn't allow for it, the front desk very kindly changed it to breakfast for the next day. The handmade steamed buns at breakfast were especially delicious! The pancakes were also quite unique. Overall, a great stay!

My stay was fantastic! The hotel's facilities are incredibly well-maintained; nothing felt old or worn out. The soundproofing in the room was excellent – the double-glazed windows completely blocked out outside noise, ensuring absolute quiet. The central air conditioning provided gentle, silent airflow, and the fresh air system kept the room feeling consistently fresh. The power outlets were thoughtfully placed and included both USB and Type-C charging ports, which was a very considerate touch. Even the minibar drinks were a nice extra. From the hardware to the soft touches, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!
