Check-in was super efficient, they proactively helped with my luggage, and even thoughtfully provided tips for local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities one could need, making for a truly comfortable stay. I'm genuinely grateful for Shiyi Yileng's dedicated service; it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserBefore check-in, I received a warm welcome call asking about my arrival time and room preferences. They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked â very satisfied!

I had a pleasant stay at Manxin Hotel near Jinan West Railway Station. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made me feel welcome right away.
The check-in process took surprisingly longâabout 15 minutesâeven though there were four staff members at the front desk. I'm not sure why it was so complicated, but they remained polite and professional throughout.
The building looks decent from the outside, but inside it's truly excellent: clean, modern, and stylish. The location is convenient, just about 300 meters from the station entrance, although finding the way there was a bit confusing due to some disorganized signage and layout outside.
My room was comfortable and well-equipped, although it did smell faintly of smoke, which was a downside.
Overall, a positive experience with great hospitality. Iâd stay again, especially if they could streamline the check-in and ensure smoke-free rooms.

GGuest UserI initially chose this hotel for its downtown location, as it's a convenient 29-minute walk to tourist attractions, making shopping and dining easily accessible. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, including a welcome fruit platter, local pastries, and drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It was also a nice surprise to have food deliveries brought directly to my room by a robot, which added a cool tech touch. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me bottled water and 'wife cakes' for my journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel đ.

RRobertCCWangThis hotel is conveniently located not far from Daming Lake. After checking in, we took a car to the Daming Lake area for dinner, then enjoyed a leisurely stroll back to the hotel. Along the way, we passed Quancheng Square, where we admired the spectacular musical fountain show, then wandered into Xigengdao Street to browse the creative cultural market. Finally, we walked along Daming Lake to Chaoran Tower, capturing some beautiful night photos as souvenirs, before slowly making our way back to the hotel. The entire journey allowed us to fully experience Jinan's vibrant energy, relaxed atmosphere, and the unique beauty of its spring water culture.
Beyond its excellent location, the hotel also offers top-notch service and facilities, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jinan, especially those on a self-driving trip.

GGuest UserLocation is absolutely fantastic: This guesthouse is tucked away in Qifang Alley, truly offering a tranquil escape right in the heart of the bustling city. Just a short walk outside brings you to Furong Street and Quancheng Road, and it's super convenient to get to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. Yet, the moment you step back into the courtyard, the city's hustle and bustle instantly fades away.
Courtyard experience: I was truly amazed the moment I pushed open the courtyard gate. The courtyard room comes with its own small private yard, complete with bluestone slabs and trickling spring water. It instantly felt like I was transported back to the mistyæ±ć (Jiangnan) region. Sitting in the courtyard during the day, sipping tea and enjoying the breeze while looking at the mottled brick walls, was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. It was the perfect way to experience the laid-back lifestyle of old Jinan.
Room amenities: The room is very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The decor has a sophisticated New Chinese style, which is both antique and elegant, yet with a modern, luxurious touch. It's also perfect for taking photos! The bedding is very comfortable, and the stand-alone bathtub is an absolute godsend for unwinding.

I loved the hotel's 'cheese-like' design; it reminded me of a dormitory I lived in during university â which was also a former hotel converted into student housing, and coincidentally, also located next to a university. This hotel is right by a university too. Overall, everything met my expectations, highly recommend. Picture 3 shows a comparison of the view from my 'cheese-wedge' room at that old dorm â my university was in the Northeast, so many memories flooding back! đ

SSuzhoudaluI booked a smart king room, and the front desk staff upgraded me to a newly renovated suite from a few years ago. Since it was recently renovated, it was very clean â excellent! I always stay at Zhonghao when I go to Jinan; the environment is really good. Both the floor staff and front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast offers a good variety, but it's not as good as before. The cleanliness of the tables really needs improvement; they were sticky and had oil stains.

The hotel boasts a sophisticated Morandi style with low-saturation colors, which is very calming, quiet, and clean. The front desk service is warm and welcoming, and they even have robots for deliveries. Plus, there's free parking and a laundry room, making it my top choice for business trips or travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The soft bedding, smart toilet, and separate wet and dry bathroom areas are all fantastic bonuses.

GGuest UserReception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception.
We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal.
Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV.
I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent!
It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.
