The Mercure Hotel was such a great experience! It was a ten-minute walk to the hotel, and the room was super spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I really wished I could have stayed a few more days. Definitely a five-star review!

Spacious room with fitness equipment. Self-service laundry is adequately provided with washing and drying machines. Breakfast is delicious with variety. Excellent location with walking distance to MRT Station and shopping mall. Easy access with public buses to various attractions in the city, such as 大明湖，千佛山。We are being served by a group of dedicated, friendly and helpful staff.

I came to Jinan mainly to see Zhou Shen's concert, so I chose a hotel nearby. The front desk staff, Tom, provided service that far exceeded my expectations. He was welcoming, thoughtful, and very professional. He even prepared many small gift souvenirs for us. I highly recommend this hotel. I especially want to mention that my child's small doll was lost in the hotel lobby, and the attentive hotel staff kept it safe at the front desk. My child was overjoyed to have it back. Thank you again for the hotel's thoughtful service.

Our family's stay here exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, odor-free, and spacious enough for our family of three without feeling cramped. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The staff were attentive and responded quickly to our needs. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining out. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for a family trip. Highly recommended.

The Grand Metropark Hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Daming Lake and Quancheng Park. The soundproofing in the rooms is very good, and the breakfast offers a variety of Shandong local delicacies. The service is thoughtful and attentive. It's definitely my first choice for travel in Quancheng. I'll stay here again next time.

Our family trip to Jinan led us to stay at the No. 8 Courtyard B&B, and it truly exceeded our expectations! We booked a standard twin room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and even featured a large bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The room also came with a desk, which was convenient for catching up on a bit of work. The overall decor is a new Chinese style, and the common areas are beautifully antique. You can even try on Hanfu for photos! The location is central, very close to all the attractions, and there's free underground parking as well as luggage storage. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk service was exceptionally warm and attentive. For a family trip, staying here makes dining, accommodation, and getting around completely hassle-free. I genuinely recommend it for anyone visiting Jinan!

This hotel is genuinely great! The location is super convenient, really close to the Provincial Hospital and West Market. The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. This was my first time staying at the George Morandi, and I was immediately impressed! As soon as I walked into the lobby, there was a lovely scent, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The room decor was very stylish, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The service was impeccable, truly excellent.

I stayed here during the summer holidays but never got around to reviewing it. Today, talking to a colleague about hotel service reminded me how great the service was here, so I had to write this review. After checking in at the front desk and just getting into our room, a service attendant came in with a plate of fruit and two bottles of drinks. Seeing that we had two kids, she offered us two water guns, saying that Jinan is the 'City of Springs' with water everywhere, perfect for playing. She brought two water guns and some small snacks for the children, asking if we needed anything else and to let them know if we had any issues. The attendant was so friendly and immediately elevated our impression of the hotel. We travel every year during holidays and have stayed in many hotels, and the attitude of just one staff member can truly define a hotel's quality. Making guests feel at home even when they're away – that's the mark of a successful hotel! Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent. You can walk along the moat all the way to Kuanhouli, and then to Baotu Spring. From the hotel room, you can even see Daming Lake. The breakfast buffet is also very good. Besides the usual fare, they offer local Jinan specialties like freshly made roujiamo and jianbing guozi. It's rare to find a hotel breakfast that also serves Zhuque Soup. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the front desk staff, especially **Cris Luna**. The service was truly exceptional. As a member, I was entitled to a late check-out until 2:00 PM, but since my flight back to Thailand was late at night, Cris Luna kindly arranged an extended late check-out until 4:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and allowed me to relax and enjoy my final hours comfortably before heading to the airport. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The security system made me feel safe throughout my stay, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean. I also appreciated the welcome fruit provided upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. Everything about my stay was memorable, from the warm hospitality to the high standard of cleanliness and comfort. If I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Cris Luna, for making my stay so enjoyable.
