GGuest UserThis airport hotel has a perfect experience! The staff greeted warmly when they checked in, and the staff were very kind. The service is intimate, the pick-up and drop-off machine, the morning wake-up is all available; the location is close to the airport, and the travel is super convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, and the waiters are patient and polite throughout. The price of more than 100 yuan, enjoy the quality and service of 300 yuan, the price is super high, highly recommended!

MM308340****I had a great experience staying on Tianshui Road before, and the service here is just as excellent! The front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. Every staff member was very polite, and even the auntie on the 36th floor greeted me warmly in the morning, which was a lovely touch. Front desk staff member Lu Qianhui was also very patient and attentive, and even gave me a small gift. I hope the hotel's business prospers!

KK-taoziI booked this hotel in a rush the night before my business trip, and it was my first time staying here. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff was efficient, and check-in was quick. Their attitude was also very thoughtful, and they even proactively recommended good local restaurants, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My one-night stay was quite hassle-free, with no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the most pleasant surprise was the local specialties like Jiangshui Bantang and Tianpeizi. They tasted very authentic, not like those perfunctory buffets – it was really satisfying in the morning. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The value for money is great, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

Environment: Very convenient for getting around; the town is right outside the door, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenient transit options.
Service: The receptionist was warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and they even offered a free airport shuttle the next morning. The driver was also incredibly kind and helpful, assisting with our luggage. Excellent! 👍 I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

Dissatisfied is breakfast, the hotel said that the breakfast is 7 o'clock 30-10 point, we went down at 9:40, saw a coffee machine still open, thinking about receiving some coffee, ordering coffee / fruit tea connected 2 cups are water, did not see a trace of coffee shadow, I don't know if the coffee is gone, I will not continue. It was long ago withdrawn, inexplicable and dissatisfied.

The room was large and clean, with a great lighting and sunlight to fill the whole room. The bed was soft, like trapped in a cloud, and I didn't want to get up as soon as I lay on it. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the towels and bath towels are soft and poncho, and they are also equipped with big-name toiletries.
