The room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

What truly impressed us was the hotel manager, who was incredibly warm, hospitable, and genuinely thoughtful. As soon as we checked in, they proactively helped us plan our local itinerary, meticulously recommending authentic nearby eateries and specialty snacks. They also patiently explained how to best experience each attraction. Any questions we had about travel or dining were addressed immediately. Their attentive service throughout our stay made us feel completely at home. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – no stress getting around! We could walk to the night market and all the major attractions. There are countless food stalls nearby, allowing us to easily explore local scenic spots and enjoy the food. What's rare is that despite being in a bustling commercial area, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It perfectly blends convenience with tranquility. After a day of exploring, we could return to our room and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, completely undisturbed by the street noise. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialty noodles. The food was authentic and delicious, ensuring we started each day full of energy before heading out. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable and elegant overall ambiance. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or families. From service and location to environment and dining, everything was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Choosing this hotel in Lanzhou is definitely a safe bet! The next time I visit Lanzhou, I will prioritize staying at Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Lanzhou. Highly recommended!

I didn't have high hopes when I booked the hotel, considering the price! But it really exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, and there was no sewage backflow or odor issue mentioned in other reviews! The bed was also very comfortable! Especially the morning airport transfer – it was snowing, and the roads were very slippery, but the driver and hotel staff were very attentive, constantly reminding us that the roads were slippery! The driver drove very smoothly the whole way, getting us safely to the airport! If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room's soundproofing was a little poor, but the hallway was very quiet at night, probably because most guests were catching early flights and went to bed early, so it didn't affect my sleep at all! I forgot to take photos, but the room photos are exactly the same as the hotel's promotional pictures!

The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

We booked seven rooms on a road trip and were all very satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast was delivered to the room, the hotel staff was very responsive, and we added the hotel's WeChat account and all our questions were answered. The hotel opened this year, the bedding was very comfortable, and the rooms were well soundproofed, so our sleep was not affected. There was nothing to criticize. We returned to Lanzhou on June 28th and stayed there again for two nights.

My train was delayed, and I didn't arrive at the hotel until the early hours of the morning, feeling utterly exhausted. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was instantly soothed by the warm, soft yellow lighting that enveloped the entire space in a quiet and comfortable ambiance. I only turned on the bedside lamp, and the light was just right – not too bright to disturb my sleep. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The location is super convenient, very close to the train station, just a ten-minute taxi ride away, which was an absolute lifesaver for someone whose train was delayed. The next morning, a hot bowl of beef noodles really brought me back to life, and the sweet and glutinous 'grey beans' (huī dòuzi) were very comforting for my stomach. My room faced Mount Lan, and the greenery on the mountain instantly lifted my spirits. Even though I checked in late, the front desk still greeted me with a smile and offered me yogurt, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Because it was my first time booking, I got a free upgraded room, which was quite clean. However, although the upgraded room had good lighting, it was a bit noisy at night because it was close to the roadside. Although I could sleep well, I asked the front desk the next day. The young lady helped me change a room that was not close to the roadside. The young lady at the front desk also changed it for me quickly. Thank you very much! The hotel includes breakfast, which is rich in variety. You can also take it back to your room to eat. My friends and I were very full! tasty! Before leaving, the front desk also gave me a small bag of snacks. I liked it very much. Thank you~

Hotel location is good, go to the Provincial Museum (with Ma Ta Feiyan authentic product) and shopping center is convenient, the underground parking lot is relatively large, charging is convenient. The service is good, the room is clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, a little smaller. Breakfast is OK.

The room is very big and clean. The big windows have good light. I like the bed on the firm side. The sofa is also comfortable. The hot water in the shower is good but the glass door does not close tightly. The breakfast is particularly good. The cold dishes have a good taste and the beef shank is delicious. One meal every day. The bowl of beef noodles was delicious, and the Lanzhou specialty milk fermented glutinous rice was really good. Although the hotel's old hardware made up for the highlight of the breakfast, during the period, the guy at the front desk sent a courier and left it at the front desk. It didn't delay me at all. The service is really good

Generally satisfied, but foreigners' accommodation is not very recommended. Since it is a general condominium, the entrance to the site is difficult to understand, and the entrance door of the building cannot be opened without a pass code except for one place. I didn't know where to check in, and when I went to room 3304, which was described only in the Trip.com app, a man who contacted the owner came out and managed to meet the owner. It is salvation that the owner was a very good person. The room was on the top floor and the view was very good. However, there is no air conditioner described in the equipment, and I think it will be a lot hot during the summer day. The private room, bus and toilet are not very clean, but I felt it was reasonable considering the price. Overall, I don't think it's particularly bad except check-in compared to hotels in the same price range. The bus stop is almost in front of you and can walk to Lanzhou West Station. Restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby, and it is a very good location if you use Lanzhou West Station.
