GGuest UserThe breakfast was fantastic, with a special Lanzhou beef noodle bar, fruits, and various pastries – all super delicious! The room was also beyond expectations. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were so cozy I fell asleep in an instant. The bathroom with its wet/dry separation was perfect for two people, ensuring no one disturbed the other. The lobby design was also very elegant. Overall, it was a really great stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

NNikoas4Some people in the stuff speak english. The name of the hotel is Madison Hotel, not the one that trip says (but the photos on Trip show it). It's a 20min walk from the train station but that's because next to the train station there's nothing. In front of the hotel there's a bus stop for many bus lines. Unfortunately lanzhou (at the time of my review) only has 2 subway lines and it's easier to move by bus even though the traffic in the city is maddening. The hotel is extremly luxurious and there are also washing machines and dryers. This is the birthplace of Jiafei make sure to visit all the places she has been to during your stay.

SShaun Milhad a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both short and long trips, and I would definitely return again in the future

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely amazing! It's the ultimate spot for exploring and dining in the city center. Right in the heart of Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, just a few steps from the Provincial Government subway station. You're right in the commercial hub the moment you step out, and it's a short walk to Zhongshan Bridge. The service is thoughtful and professional, really warming your heart. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in super fast. They answer all your questions and even proactively offer tips for Lanzhou's best food and attractions. The robot delivery service is incredibly quick. Upon check-out, they even provide wet wipes and local tea bags – constant little surprises! Breakfast is fantastic, with freshly made Lanzhou beef noodles, tofu pudding, and other local snacks, offering both Chinese and Western options.

GGuest UserThis was my family's first trip to Lanzhou, and after seeing all the great reviews for this hotel, I booked two rooms for two nights. Our stay was fantastic! First off, the location is excellent. Xiguan Subway Station is right downstairs, and you can walk to Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River in just a couple of hundred meters to the north. There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, plus a walking street with lots of delicious food just a short stroll across the road. The hotel environment is also wonderful. We were offered 'Sanpao Tea' upon entering, and our rooms were spacious and very well-designed. They provided welcome fruit, breakfast vouchers, and a free minibar. The chairs were comfortable, and there was a coffee machine with capsule coffee. Plus, the toothbrush packet even included dental floss! The smart toilet had various washing and massage functions. The room also had a bay window, which was lovely to relax by and watch the outside world. Honestly, it felt like a five-star experience. The front desk staff were also very friendly and thoughtful; they called ahead to make sure it was convenient before delivering the welcome fruit, which I really appreciated. If I ever come back to the Northwest, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

CCoach Patrick RedThe room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before.
A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.

TTangdayeaihechaThe room is great, and the amenities are well worth the price. The cleaning staff (Ayi) is very warm and helpful, accommodating special requests for tidying up. It would be even better if the balcony were cleaner and had outdoor furniture like a table and chairs. The front desk concierge was also quite enthusiastic.
