"This hotel left a great impression on me. First of all, the room was very clean and hygienic, the bedding was white and tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and I felt very at ease when I stepped on the floor barefoot. The overall environment made people live very comfortable.
Secondly, the service is particularly thoughtful. From the front desk to the room service staff, everyone is smiling and friendly. The procedures were quick when checking in, and they took the initiative to help with luggage; If you have any needs, call the front desk, the response is very timely, you can feel their attention and intentions to customers.

"Staying at the Huanghe Yinran was an absolutely fantastic experience! Located right by the Yellow River scenic area, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the majestic river, both day and night. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, thanks to the front desk staff. The room itself was spotless, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the smart amenities you could wish for. The bedding was incredibly soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I loved that I could still grab an authentic bowl of Lanzhou beef noodles late at night – it was such a comforting touch. Its proximity to Lanzhou Center and Zhongshan Bridge makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. With its unique Silk Road charm, this hotel is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Lanzhou!"

"The double bed was set, because it was already ten o'clock in the evening, and then I packed my things and washed at 11:30. The air conditioner in the room was very hot. It was not adjusted for a long time. When I was going to bed, I found that the bed was dirty as soon as I lifted the quilt. I contacted the hotel and the reply was a bit slow. I waited ten minutes to say I could change rooms. Changed to the third floor, the third floor is connected to the restaurant, at that time, I was very tired, I wanted to sleep, one of the beds was dirty, it was very late, I was sorry to trouble the front desk, I thought about sleeping for one night, but the air conditioning sound in the room was too noisy, I couldn’t sleep at all. The sound of this room was made for more than half an hour. There was no way to pull the room card behind, but it was still very noisy. The air conditioner was turned off. I didn't know what the sound was. It was very loud. In the middle of the night, I was awakened by the hot air breeze of the air conditioner. It was very strange. Before I slept, the Tmall Genie said that the air conditioner was turned off, and the point was unplugged. The air conditioner woke up in the middle of the night, and the Tmall Genie was also unplugged in the middle of the night. Then I got up in the morning to wash my face and found that the washbasin was hugely dirty. The only thing worthy of praise is that the high-speed rail station can pick up and drop off, which is very convenient for this trip. Thanks to the driver of the pick-up!"

It's incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. The hotel itself meets expectations: it's clean and tidy, features good smart devices, and has well-stocked, quality amenities. Service is standardized, and the breakfast is also quite good. "An absolutely wonderful experience! The room was spacious and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. But the view was truly the highlight – a panoramic vista of the Yellow River from every angle. After running a marathon, kicking back on the sofa, enjoying the night view with a cold beer was pure bliss! Plus, with the bedroom facing east, I could literally watch the Yellow River sunrise from bed every morning – what a treat! They even offered late-night snacks, and the breakfast spread was impressive, especially the delicious beef noodles. On top of all that, every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. A huge thank you to them! If I ever come back to Lanzhou, I'll definitely be staying here again! Five stars!"

We had to sleep with the door and window open which wasn't great as people were walking past smoking.We did ask a staff member how we could modify the room temperature but she said it is fixed during this season. Breakfast was very good and the room and hotel was otherwise nice and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe design is very strong, and the landlord has a heart and a temperature. The traffic is also very convenient. BRT+ subway can solve all the destinations. The layout of the room is vigorous. I had to water the flowers and found that Tudu was a decoration, but it was beautiful. It’s a bit bad to cancel two days in advance. There may be some changes in the itinerary.
