FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

For your return, they'll drop you off at the subway entrance, so you don't have to lug your luggage far. The driver was friendly and punctual. ✅ Convenient location and transportation: It's close to Lanzhou West Station, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it very convenient to get to downtown attractions. ✅ Comfortable and smart rooms: Opened in 2024, the facilities are new. The entire room is smart-enabled (XiaoDu controls lights/curtains), and it features a smart toilet. It's clean and the bedding is comfortable. ✅ Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff enthusiastically helped with luggage. Breakfast includes authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, and amenities like free parking and a laundry room are all available. Excellent value for money. For accommodation near West Station, you can't go wrong with this place!

LLiyang AndrewOn the map this hotel is about 900m away from the Lanzhou West train station, but I would advise you to take a taxi/ride-hail vehicle if you have large/heavy luggage. You have to either cross an overhead bridge without lift to reach the hotel, and because the stretch of road has buildings beside it that are undergoing construction, it can be a bit difficult to navigate the footpath which sometimes spills over to the road. Alternatively, you can take the metro for one stop and backtrack, but you would have to put your luggage through the scanner, let security test your liquids in the luggage, etc. There is a convenience store outside the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much shopping to be done. The location is good only because it is near the train station.

The rooms are similar to those in Hong Kong hotels. #Location, Transportation, and Shops: It's just 50 meters from Jianlan Road Pedestrian Street and very close to Xiguan Shizi Metro Station. It's near Gansu Provincial Museum and Lanzhou Center, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's also the West Railway Station Night Market nearby. There's a Ma'anjun Spicy Beef Noodles restaurant downstairs. #Value for Money: During the National Day Golden Week, this hotel, considering its location, should offer the best value for money.

LLoves Travel*If you are going to Lanzhou …* … this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller! Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions. Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist. The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle. We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
