__WeChat15334****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Right after I booked, the staff called to ask if I needed airport pickup. Upon arrival, they even upgraded my room for free! The smart home system with Xiaodu (voice assistant) was great, the room was spacious and new, and the water heater worked perfectly. **Hotel shuttle service to Lanzhou West Station:** I can't praise this service enough! They drive you directly from the hotel's B2 level to Lanzhou West Station, and it only takes 5-10 minutes – absolutely perfect! **Service:** The front desk ladies were incredibly nice, and there was a gentleman who helped carry my luggage up the elevator and right to my room door. I forgot my ID this time, but I could check in by simply scanning a QR code, which was super convenient. And the breakfast was Lanzhou beef noodles – delicious!

After a nap in the afternoon, complimentary goodnight milk was delivered, which was a very thoughtful touch. Every time we left, the front desk greeted us with a 'hello.' They also kindly extended our check-out by an hour for free, which was much appreciated! 🙏 Complimentary afternoon tea (2 mousse cakes, 2 coffees) during our stay: Great.

GGuest UserLocation is great! Especially for concertgoers, walkable distance to the olympic stadium. Just across the street from Wanda Mall. Some food hawkers on the street at night as well. Aircon was installed on the first floor near the windows, so not much cool air on the second floor of the loft. Had to buy a fan to deal with the heat. Toilet was SUPER slippery as well. Not sure if the room we got was left unused for a long time, but the smell was terrible when we first got there. Had to flush the toilet with boiling water several times to get rid of the smell. Overall good value for the price and location but a few design flaws.

The location is fantastic, right next to Exit D of Xiguan Subway Station, adjacent to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, and within easy reach of Muta Alley Snack Street and Dazhong Alley Night Market. I expected a noisy stay in such a place, but the room was surprisingly quiet. Upon chatting, I discovered the owner had put a lot of effort into noise isolation, resulting in excellent soundproofing. The room resembles the design of the Atour Hotel, with smart curtains and toilets. The toilet itself is particularly impressive; it's as comfortable, convenient, and fully automatic as my own at home. The towels are all disposable, clean, and reassuring. I accidentally lost my room card while visiting the night market, but the owner, true to his Northwest roots, generously didn't fine me. I felt really bad about it, thank you!

LLiyang AndrewOn the map this hotel is about 900m away from the Lanzhou West train station, but I would advise you to take a taxi/ride-hail vehicle if you have large/heavy luggage. You have to either cross an overhead bridge without lift to reach the hotel, and because the stretch of road has buildings beside it that are undergoing construction, it can be a bit difficult to navigate the footpath which sometimes spills over to the road. Alternatively, you can take the metro for one stop and backtrack, but you would have to put your luggage through the scanner, let security test your liquids in the luggage, etc. There is a convenience store outside the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much shopping to be done. The location is good only because it is near the train station.

GGuest UserIt is quite close to the College of Arts and Sciences, and it needs to go around. The room is large, the bed is large, the quilt is thick and warm, the lighting is very good, and the night view can be seen at night. The boss sister is very good, very warm, kind and talkative. If you have an exam the next day, my sister said that you don't have to check out at 12 o'clock (I checked in at 6 o'clock in the evening, if it exceeds 24 hours, it should not work). This will not be finished, there is no wireless network, public toilets have no hand sanitizer and toilet paper and other toiletries, you can ask if you mind.

MMinShanHuaWithin easy walking distance to the train station - ideal for solo travellers, but far enough to not feel swamped in the crowds. The staff are friendly and personable, always happy to help and have a nice chat. This is a decent budget hotel, and was exactly what i would expect but the warmness and welcoming enviroment created by the staff was above and beyond and helped me feel at ease. Theres a small convinience store directly next to it with various shops and restaurants in the adjacent area providing useful. The bathroom couldve been a little cleaner, and the shower had some problems with water pressure and cleanliness but nothing bad enough to affect my stay. i will reccomend this place to any foreign friends staying in Lanzhou!

GGuest UserIt's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. Other places are good. There are no pictures, I have deleted them, I'll just post three pictures haha

GGuest UserVery close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, the surrounding food transportation is very convenient. Recently, it is the West Station Night Market. There are many people. It is 3 kilometers away from the Gansu Provincial Museum. The surrounding beef noodles are super delicious.
