Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Wuxi is a city that we Shanghai people like. We often come and go. This time, we stayed at Xizhou Garden Hotel, which left a deep impression on us. The hotel lobby is tall and grand, the environment is beautiful and magnificent, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and they answer all questions. The rooms are clean and tidy, without odors. The room service is polite and smiling, which makes us feel at home! We will visit your hotel again in the future! And we will recommend your hotel to friends! In addition, we have to say that we admire the management concept and service spirit of the hotel's general manager Wang (Ms. Wang Lingli). General Manager Wang treats guests like relatives, considers guests in every detail, provides convenience, and introduces Wuxi's tourism resources, which makes our trip to Wuxi even more icing on the cake. I would like to express my deep gratitude here! We often say that ”details determine success or failure, and ambition determines everything”. The hotel's many five-star praises are inseparable from General Manager Wang. She made us feel that although we only stayed in the hotel for two days, we would feel nostalgic when we left, and we would come again in the future! This feeling has never been felt in other hotels!

The location is excellent, just in the southern section of Nanchang Street, a few steps to the Spring Festival Gala, a little distance from the commercial street, quiet in the bustling city. It is far from the subway, and it is convenient to take a taxi by walking a few steps from the hotel to the road. With the windows closed, the music outside is not too loud, and it slowly quiets down after 10 o'clock in the evening. The facilities are new, and the TV can be projected. Tea was given when checking in, free Coke in the mini bar, and there were small gifts when leaving. The cleaning lady was polite. There was also a small episode. There was a funeral ceremony for an old man who died in the residential area near the hotel, and there were music and drums at 5 o'clock in the morning. The hotel informed in advance and gave a fruit plate to explain that the noise was not caused by the hotel, which shows that the service is still thoughtful.

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

The room is large and the view is very good. It is very quiet. The facilities are very complete. It is very clean. The service is also very good. The breakfast is also very varied. Every time I go back to Wuxi, I will choose here. There are also many parking spaces.

This time I stayed at the Orange Crystal Changjiang North Road store, it really gave me a big surprise. I must come to praise it and make a reference for my friends behind! In the past, living in orange crystal felt quite satisfactory, but this one completely subverted the impression and experienced five stars. When checking in, the service was super intimate, and it was directly upgraded to a suite. I was happy to burst ～ The room is spacious, bright and warm, the details are superb, hangers, hair dryers, bedside lamps and other small objects are all attentive. The suite has its own terrace. It is too pleasant to blow the evening breeze at night and enjoy the night view of the city. The hotel also has an independent compound, parking is super convenient, greenery is good, full of green eyes. The breakfast the next day was even more amazing, there were cherries in the fruit area, and the quality was rare in the same file. In short, the service, facilities, catering, parking, and environment are impeccable. I recommend it to every friend who travels and come back next time!

Breakfast is my very satisfied point: not a uniform buffet, but a seasonal set meal. This time I tasted handmade leeks, freshly baked plum dried vegetable biscuits, and a 4-hour soup. The ingredients are mostly from local farmers and I can eat it with my heart. Hotel design style: ancient and modern aesthetic space Step into the lobby, the log color and warm yellow lighting intertwined a warm atmosphere, the wall ink paintings, bookshelves on the ancient books, tea mat on the celadon tea set, everywhere revealed the ingenuity of Oriental aesthetics. The rooms are themed with ”Zen”, simple but detailed: rattan-edged lamps, handwritten calligraphy foil, plain linen bedding, people relax instantly. I love the tatami tea table by the window, soak in a pot of osmanthus oolong presented by the hotel, and watch the bamboo shadow swaying outside the window.

A very well designed and beautiful hotel. One of the best Radisson hotels I've ever been to. There's a Starbucks at yhe hotel which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The room was huge, beautiful and very clean. I will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommend
