Guest UserThe room is quite large, and the side cover has a view from both sides. It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

YouyoushuipingzuoSpringtime arrived in beautiful Yixing, and the fresh air, stunning scenery, and relaxing time made everything so wonderful and pleasant. Sanpin Yunlai Inn is located in the Ming and Qing Dynasty ancient town of Yulongtan, a somewhat abandoned scenic area with little commercialism, primarily offering guesthouses. It's said that the buildings here were rebuilt from folk houses in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces, and upon closer inspection, they are quite historically significant. The living room of Sanpin Yunlai Inn, where we stayed, is a traditional Qing Dynasty building, originally designed for a third-rank official, with carved beams and painted rafters. Combined with the owner's artistic interests, the blend of ancient and modern styles is very natural. The guesthouse felt very homey and casual, offering tea, conversation, watching TV series, karaoke, games, and card games – everything was available. We even tried fishing with the owner and actually caught something, which was quite satisfying. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can try them one by one; the food is all quite good.

Guest UserFive-star review! Yixing Kiln Resort is truly unique, with a strong purple clay culture atmosphere. Yueyue's service was attentive and thoughtful, making for a great experience. The guest rooms are bright and clean. The shuttle bus to and from the scenic area is very convenient, and the breakfast is rich and varied. You can even try pottery making in the purple clay experience classroom. The environment is quiet and comfortable – it’s a top choice for a short getaway and offers excellent value for money!
The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. It's the most comfortable triple room I've ever stayed in, perfect for traveling with a child. Every corner offers a beautiful view, great for photos. There's a wide variety of activities to choose from. The dedicated shuttle service to Yaohu Town is very convenient. It was too hot to explore the town during the day in summer, so we only rode the small train, but the evening water show and fireworks display were definitely worth seeing.

XiaonvhaihataitaiI checked in at 8 PM on the day of arrival, and the hotel reception had called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and even upgraded my room type. The room was spacious, the bedding quality was excellent, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was bountiful, featuring local delicacies like wonton noodle soup, as well as Western options. The hotel also thoughtfully provided complimentary laundry service. When I needed to print some documents, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, printing everything for me free of charge. Upon check-out, which happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel presented a thoughtful gift. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it for business travelers and families with children!

Strategically located at the city center of Yixing, it is accessible to the busy pedestrian walk, shops, restaurants, markets nearby within 5-10 mins walking distance. Hotel staff on duty during our stay were friendly and readily helpful. It undoubtedly is the First choice for overseas travelers landed here if accessibility, facilities, cleanliness are their prime consideration. Big Thumbs up to the young ladies at the reception who introduced us the famous local landmarks and their help in e-hailing transport that we needed.

This was my first time visiting Nianhua Bay, and I'm so glad I chose the right hotel. Although it's a bit older, it's very well-maintained, and the service and facilities are excellent. I especially want to thank our butler, Shen Ge. My elder family member had an injury and is temporarily unable to walk without a wheelchair. This was their first long trip in several months, and I was a bit nervous about it. Luckily, we met this incredibly warm and responsible hotel butler. She was so thoughtful and meticulous, informing us of the route and the park's activity schedule in advance. She also gave us very practical sightseeing suggestions, taking our family's special circumstances into account. She anticipated so many of our needs and arranged everything perfectly. My elder family member and the kids were all very happy. Thank you!

I had specifically noted my request beforehand, hoping for two adjoining rooms as I was traveling with a child. Instead, they gave me two rooms on opposite ends of the floor, the furthest apart possible. After speaking with the front desk, they promptly moved one room right next door. This whole episode could have been avoided if they had paid attention to guests' special requests in the first place.
The hotel's room amenities and decor are very nice, and the location is also excellent. My family was initially very happy and we even thought about making this our go-to hotel whenever we visit Wuxi. However, to our dismay, the air conditioning was practically useless. Our room had no windows and was incredibly stuffy. Coincidentally, the day we checked in, the temperature rose. It was 28 degrees Celsius in the room at night, and with the soft bed and thick duvet, sleeping was impossible. I reported it to the front desk, but even the maintenance staff couldn't do anything; the hotel just turned on the fresh air system. As a result, my elderly family member had to spend the night in the lobby, and my child tossed and turned all night, drenched in sweat.
I reported the situation again the next day, but the promised callback never materialized. However, I do appreciate that they extended our check-out time so my child could nap. If the hotel's air conditioning continues to be this bad, I wouldn't recommend staying here. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had in years.

Guest UserPleasantly nice place but expensive place to stay. Did not quite fully enjoy the facilities within as didn't do enough research on the place. The focus was to go Lingshan Buddhist Scenic spot when I intent to visit the place. Did not realize that the place is a resort with a town within itself thst comes with other facilities, eg good restaurants but no discount for resort stay, costumes to wear for photo taking within the town, different performances at different part of the resort at different timing.
Hence recommend to stay after visiting lingshan or better to stay for either 2 night, or at least cater more time to roam around before checking out.

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment
The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice.
There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price
