The room was clean and tastefully decorated, the bedding was soft and lovely, and the natural light and soundproofing were excellent, making for a truly pleasant stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, providing thoughtful service down to the smallest detail. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, offering great value for money. It's definitely my top choice for travel, and I'll be back again."

"This hotel is right at the Nanchansi Pedestrian Street subway exit, which is super convenient. The hotel's location is also very easy to find, so we didn't have to walk extra with the kids. The room was exceptionally clean, making us feel very comfortable bringing children. In the evening, we could walk to Nanchansi Pedestrian Street to stroll around and eat – it was so convenient! We'll definitely come back next time we visit Wuxi."

"I want to share my experience: the first night I stayed at another hotel, and it was pretty good! But when I arrived at Jinjiang for the second night, I realized the service from the staff here was absolutely outstanding – so thoughtful! They had special toiletries and a small toy for my baby, and even offered a complimentary plum juice drink to each person. In the evening, they brought desserts 🍮. Today, upon check-out, the staff member even gave my child a gift bag. The attention to detail is truly impressive! So heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, the service is excellent 👍"

"We chose this skyscraper hotel for different experience. We arrived on Saturday and it was super busy and loud everywhere, but next day it got much calmer. We asked to be moved from smoking permitted room to non smoking, because of the smell and also to higher floor (37), because you could still heat the traffic on 22nd floor. The reception was helpful with our requests. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. If you want different experience, go for it, but be prepared for crowds of people entering and leaving the lift all the time! Can be bit frustrating. Recommended Nanchan street is typical loud commercial walking street, but just across the water we found super nice and calm area, which we loved."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, right by Lihu Lake, with Liyuan Garden just a short walk away. The lake views are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, Typhoon Dolphin arrived during my stay, with very heavy rain, so I couldn’t enjoy Wuxi as much as I had planned and left after one night. Still, the hotel has everything you need even in bad weather, including two restaurants. I tried the Chinese restaurant and the fish was excellent! If I come back to Wuxi, I would definitely stay here again. I just wish I had better weather to enjoy it for longer!"

"This hotel truly has 'human-centered design' ingrained in its DNA. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation design, complete with a fully automatic smart toilet and Zhuhai's herbal essence toiletries. The separate luggage room is equipped with a clothing rack and a scale. What's even more thoughtful is the 'seamless hydration route,' with bottled water placed both next to the electric kettle and on the vanity. Every design detail silently caters to my ultimate pursuit as someone obsessed with the finer points. This trip to Jiangsu was originally meant to be a weight-loss journey, but after staying at the Wuxi Taihu Hotel for the last three days, I completely fell off the wagon, indulging in three consecutive meals at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, turning it into a culinary tour of Wuxi! Both the Chaoshan and Huaiyang cuisines perfectly hit the spot for me as a Cantonese. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel's location is truly excellent, right by Nanchang Street in Helong. It's perfect for when you're tired after a stroll along the ancient Grand Canal's Nanchang Street; you can just head straight back. It's also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the scenic area. The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable. If you order takeout, the robot delivers it very quickly. Most of the staff are great, though there was one lady in the restaurant who seemed quite unhelpful and dismissive when I asked questions, sometimes even saying things weren't available for no clear reason. Overall, though, it's a very good place! If I come back to Wuxi, I'd definitely stay here again!"
