"The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable."

"This hotel is located near Sanyang Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around. The views are fantastic, especially at night when you can see the city center's nightscape. The room is spacious, with a modern minimalist style, and the large bed is really comfortable. The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful; you can reach them through the hotel's WeChat if you need anything. There are also plenty of famous Wuxi local eateries nearby, like Sanfeng Bridge and Wangxingji. It's also a shopping district, so retail therapy is a breeze. There's even an anime-themed mall downstairs – worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing, it's quite fun! The overall vibe of the hotel is great, and the environment is excellent. Friends visiting Wuxi should definitely come and experience this high-rise hotel. Highly recommended! ✨"

"The hotel's location is absolutely superb. After exiting the hotel and turning right, you walk about 100 meters, go through an underpass to cross the road, and you'll emerge directly facing Nanshangtang. The famous Nanchang Street is just across the river, parallel to Nanshangtang. Nanshangtang is narrower, while Nanchang Street is wider, and there's a bridge connecting them. If you keep walking straight, you'll reach Qingming Bridge, which offers beautiful views. If you don't feel like walking along the river, there's a ferry you can take. It's very pleasant to wander around, shop, and eat. When you get tired, you can easily return to the hotel to rest and then head out again to see the night views when it gets dark. The hotel is a well-established five-star property, and its facilities are definitely up to standard, offering an old-school luxury. The room decor still has a decade-old style, which is understandable, but the rooms are spacious, and the view of Nanchang Street at night from the window is stunning. The hotel is also very close to the airport, a convenient 20-minute drive. It's about 10 kilometers to Yuantouzhu, and some traffic during cherry blossom season is to be expected and acceptable. Service: The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the service. There was absolutely none of the rigorously trained service attitude you'd expect from a long-standing hotel. During check-in and check-out, there were no smiles or greetings like ”hello.” This wasn't just a few individuals; it was consistent across all front desk staff and the luggage storage area. They were cold and unwelcoming, which was very surprising. A smile should be a basic requirement."

"The hotel is super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Sanyang Plaza Station (Subway Line 1, Exit 11A) and it’s a short walk away. If you're staying for a longer period, I recommend the executive suite. It's very spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, essential cooking utensils, and a washer/dryer. At night, you can enjoy panoramic views of Wuxi city."

"My friend and I came to Wuxi and chose the Junlai Hubin Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Liyuan Garden, so you can walk there easily. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room on the 9th floor, which offered great views. The overall service was good too. The bedding was a bit soft for my taste, but I personally found it acceptable. There were several pleasant surprises during our stay: They gave us Ferris wheel tickets, so we specifically chose to go at sunset. Watching the sun slowly set and the city lights come on was a wonderful experience. It was also the first time my best friend and I had ridden a Ferris wheel together, so it was quite memorable. We also received tickets for a double-decker Capybara-themed bus tour. The bus drove around Taihu Lake, and the scenery along the way was beautiful – a very interesting experience. I especially want to praise the hotel's travel photography service! The photographer was incredibly professional and great at guiding us. We were just wearing our casual clothes, but he was excellent at finding angles and using light to get fantastic shots. The editing was also very natural, making us look so good we almost forgot it was us – both authentic and natural, beautiful and slim. We felt like we could look so good in photos! Highly recommend! Another unexpected surprise was the robot show! There were robots in the hotel dancing to music, performing different routines according to the rhythm of various songs. Their movements were perfectly in sync, which was really impressive. We stood watching for a long time, surrounded by many children and even some foreigners. The atmosphere was fantastic and very entertaining. However, the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing. The prices weren't cheap, but the food came out incredibly fast, making us wonder if it was pre-made. The taro puree with sugar was extremely sweet, almost sickly sweet, and the xiaolongbao skins were also too sweet – even for us from the Wu dialect region, who are accustomed to sweet flavors. I'd say it barely passed; I wouldn't recommend eating a full meal at the hotel. Overall, the hotel's location, service, complimentary perks, and travel photography were all huge pluses, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. My advice for dining would be to find local restaurants with good reputations outside the hotel for a much better experience."

"This place was absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to the front desk lady for the room upgrade; the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, I'm very satisfied. It was super clean, and the bed was so soft. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, I was blown away as soon as I arrived in Wuxi. They even have a gym! The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to manage. I'm not sure if the central AC was on a unified control at the time and only able to blow warm air, but the room was quite warm and I couldn't get the AC to cool it down."

"Facilities: The overall facilities in the room are quite new; it doesn't feel like an old hotel. The bathroom has a separate sliding door and is separated from the bed by a wall, which provides good sound insulation and privacy. There's a full-length mirror. The hairdryer is very powerful. Service: During the May Day holiday, they offered a short fireworks display in the evening, which was very impressive and significantly enhanced our stay. The greeters at the main entrance were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of dishes. Environment: The hotel's public areas are very beautiful and upscale. There are also accompanying dining options, which is convenient. The front desk mentioned that Jichangxuan (a restaurant) requires guests to queue in person, but it would be better if in-house guests could make phone reservations. Drawbacks: ① The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. While it didn't cause a major issue, it was definitely present. ② The room doors are quite heavy, and opening and closing them makes a loud noise, so you can hear other rooms' doors. ③ The disposable slippers were of average quality, with thin soles that weren't non-slip. Every time I stepped onto the small ledge in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied, especially with the staff's enthusiastic guidance, and they even gave me a souvenir. I slept very comfortably, and the air conditioning worked well. I didn't go to the pool, but the large bathtub was enough for the kids to play in. The front desk saw I had two kids and proactively helped upgrade my room. I'm not really sure what the upgrade entailed, as the room type seemed the same, perhaps it was just a higher floor? As night fell, the entirety of Wuxi came into view – the sprawling Huishan Mountain and the serene, deep Taihu Lake in the distance. Every angle offered a beautiful vista. The next day, the kids didn't want to leave the room and wanted to stay a few more nights, so I requested a late check-out until 3 PM, but alas, we had to go home! When checking out, the front desk and every staff member I encountered proactively greeted us goodbye, making it feel like we had stayed at a relative's or friend's house, reluctantly leaving after such warm hospitality."

"This hotel is in a great location, close to Wuxi East Station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and there's even robot delivery! There are also many snack shops nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"This is my first time staying at Atour hotel. The location is very close to a metro station. Therefore accessibility is a plus. There are many restaurants around the hotel and we are spoiled with choices to choose what to eat. The overall service is very good and the receptionist is very friendly. The room is very big and very spacious. Breakfast is surprisingly good."
