GGuest UserThere is a view at every step, the air is fresh, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The children like cycling very much, and it is very good to relax slowly around the hotel. The Chinese restaurant is very delicious, and our family of three ate until they were full! The complimentary fruit drinks and snacks are also loved. The breakfast variety is a little less, but there will be a waiter to serve and pick up the food, which is very considerate! I will stay here again when I come to Yixing in the future!

GGuest UserThe room is large and clean, the service attitude is good, the breakfast is good with many varieties and a lot of healthy vegetables. The transportation is also very convenient. There are several gardens and former residences of celebrities within a 15-minute walk. The No. 8 tram at the door can take you to the Bund and several other attractions in Jiangyin.

VvannyZhongFantastic hotel, very clean with a great artistic vibe. The hotel uses central air conditioning, so the room temperature was kept at a constant 24 degrees Celsius. However, it felt a bit warm, especially after coming in from outside. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they didn't hesitate at all and immediately arranged for an air cooler! Super thoughtful! The room was very spacious, and the location was good too; it usually took about 20-30 minutes to get to the tourist attractions. Plus, parking is free, which is great for those traveling by car. Breakfast: My Ctrip package didn't include breakfast, but you can book it at the front desk for only 50 yuan. There were many options, and the meat buns and noodles were particularly good! The fruit was also very sweet. I'll definitely stay here again if I come to Wuxi. The price was very reasonable.

GGuest UserI took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn.
Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged.
The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn.
The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos.
…Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

11185785881Booked this hotel to watch the Scottish Super League (it's only a 10-minute walk from the hotel), and it turned out to be a fantastic stay. First, the buffet at the Western restaurant was amazing, and I was lucky enough to catch their crayfish special – my first taste of crayfish freedom this summer! Second, the hotel environment is superb. There's a park right out the back door with beautiful scenery, and I took lots of great photos of my wife there. Third, the hotel service was excellent. They provided complimentary soft drinks, and quickly brought extra blankets and amenities when requested. On the day we checked out, my child accidentally left their Wuxi team jersey in the room, and the hotel called me immediately and mailed it back to Shanghai. Overall, it was a great travel experience! (Though I was pretty annoyed that Wuxi and Nanjing drew 0-0 with no goals.)

GGuest UserI chose Eddie Garden Hotel for this trip to Wuxi. The experience was great! The location is good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is close to the highway and Yanqiao Station of Metro Line 1. The internal environment is even better. It is surrounded by water on three sides and has an inner garden. The charm of Jiangnan water town and modern fashion are perfectly integrated. There are also cute little rabbits, the room is clean and comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the food is rich and delicious. The leisure facilities are also complete. I will stay here next time I come to Wuxi!
