Great
GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

DDaring-linglingOverall, I'd highly recommend this place. It offers excellent value for money in every aspect. This was our first stop on our US trip, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was quite spacious. 1. The location is great; it's just a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market. An Uber to the airport costs between $60-70 and typically takes about 30 minutes without traffic. However, on the morning we left, we ran into road construction near Seattle Airport, which caused a 30-minute delay after exiting the freeway. So, definitely plan your travel time accordingly. 2. Housekeeping services are provided every other day. Free bottled water is available for self-pickup downstairs.

MMilegegeThe location is good and the room is big. But there are no disposable slippers, no bathrobes, and no razors. On the second day of check-in, I returned to the hotel at night and found that no one had done the cleaning. I went to the front desk and asked someone to change the towels. I returned to the hotel on the afternoon of the third day and found that the room was still not cleaned. I had to go to the waiter again. A five-star hotel with more than $300 a day should not have such service.

GGuest UserGreat location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.  The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.  Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

__M1515056****The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, Pike Place Market, the Chihuly Garden and Glass, other museums, and Pacific Place, all within a 10-minute walk. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were decent. Housekeeping cleaned daily and changed towels, but the sheets weren't changed during my 5-day stay. Perhaps because it's winter, it felt like there weren't many guests, and the staff seemed a bit understaffed. The air conditioning had some issues, and it took two calls before someone came to fix it. However, overall I was satisfied, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for family travel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹

GGuest UserNot thrilled with the every other day room cleaning. We were told by an extremely rude evening front desk clerk, that we were told about this upon arrival, which we were not. He also said it was written up in the hotel's description online. Who really reads all the small print? He argued about it with my sister, while waving his hand in her face. He also said he was out of shower caps, which should be provided in the rooms anyway, especially with the overhead rain shower feature. He also screamed at us to move, for smoking in the chairs outside, where there are no posted signs. We didn't feel safe in that neighborhood to smoke on the dark street, as we had a few run ins with the ******** *** homeless.

MMHUANGThe hotel is right next to the I-5 highway, so rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy. The rooms are pretty standard, comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, so don't expect too much. Hotels of the same brand usually have a higher rating in China, which is a common phenomenon. Parking was tight; the underground garage was completely full when we returned at night. We had to get permission from the front desk to park in a handicapped spot. It's about a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which is quite convenient. The city is very hilly, like San Francisco, so walking around can be tiring.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
