乾淨整潔的環境，接待人員態度親切，環境衛生！新飯店唯一的缺點就是，脫鞋走路時地毯與木地板的接縫處，隱藏的地毯小釘子會刺到腳底板。

Staff at Belltown Inn is excellent. Checking in was warm and friendly while being efficient. ”Atlas” provided a great dining recommendation which we followed, much to the delight of our tummies. Location is dicey, however, we felt safe as the hotel has Security and locks its doors after a certain hour.

It's very close to the University of Washington, making it convenient for visiting the school. Parking is a bit expensive, but it's relatively safe and convenient. There's a Trader Joe's supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.

The Maxwell was a nice hotel with a good location for our activities. We would have liked a restaurant or bar that was open more hours of the day but there were some options surrounding the hotel. The room was nice and the shower head was tall enough for my 6’4” partner.

We ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. It’s a simple and old hotel.., but very cozy. The room is comfortable.., King size bed, a minibar and a safe were present and working in the room. We took 15 minutes from the hotel to the Lumen Field (Seahawks game) by foot. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast.., good options with quality. There’s only one elevator…, it was not a problem for us.., because we were on the second floor, and we used the stairs. I’d stay again..!!

We had a fantastic stay at the SpringHill Suites Seattle South Lake Union ☺️ The room was very nice, clean and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the large shower was a great bonus. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the busy downtown areas, which made it the perfect location to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Really kind staff and super convenient location to get around the Space Needle/Climate Pledge Arena area. It was also very close to the bus stops to get to downtown Pike Street. The bed and pillows/blankets were extra comfortable and the heating was a huge plus on such a cold day.

I like how it is right in the centre. The self check in was so efficient however there was no information about where to get the breakfast- for what time etc. same for other amenities too. I booked with breakfast included the guy at the front desk maybe in early 30s to mid 40s told us that the breakfast will be the room across the reception but when we went there they were still charging customers even from the hotel so the information about breakfast is misleading. We ended up not having breakfast despite paying for it on top of that 30 mins before our official check out the key card stopped working. The misleading information was very frustrating as I paid for the service and didnt even get it.

It is located in a quiet and safe place. The room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is also good.
