At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The hotel is near Maihama Station, and the shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get there, making it very convenient to catch the Disney Resort Line. However, we had a little hiccup. On our first night, while waiting for the shuttle, the bus pictured (the one in the photo) arrived. We showed our Ctrip booking to the driver, but he surprisingly told us it wasn't for this hotel. This left us waiting in the cold for 20 minutes until the next identical shuttle arrived before we could board. Also, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told there was no onsen (hot spring), even though I had booked well in advance and confirmed it had one at the time. Nevertheless, the hotel staff were very proactive in resolving the issue later on. I'd definitely stay here again for my next Disney trip!"
