Spent the last three days of Chinese New Year on a vacation with my parents. The hotel is about 33 kilometers from Hangzhou West Railway Station, but it was quite convenient to book a transfer service through Ctrip.

The room itself was incredibly minimalist, almost to the point where I felt like I was staying at an Atour Hotel. The bathroom area was tiny, which made the rest of the room feel quite spacious. The hotel was fully booked, so my parents' twin room wasn't on the same floor as my double room. While the room layouts were pretty similar, their twin room on the 3rd floor had a slightly less impressive view than my 7th-floor double room. However, the room service on the 3rd floor was excellent!

We could order Heytea delivery to our room, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast had all the essentials, but the variety wasn't extensive. The Swiss rolls that were replenished on the first day were quite good, but unfortunately, my parents didn't get to try them. When it was busy, refills weren't always prompt.

The hotel is located within the Qingshan Lake Scenic Area. You can rent super cute electric scooters, shaped like pandas or tigers! There are multiple drop-off points within the scenic area, which is quite convenient. The closest rental point to the hotel is the Liushantou station near Shenghe Pier (about a 1 km walk), as the Rainbow Bridge station at Qinshan Pier is too far. On our last day, we stumbled upon a pair of deer at the hotel; they were much cleaner than the famous deer at the Water Forest. They were very friendly and could be fed for free.

## Environment:
Absolutely fantastic! Backing onto Banshan Forest Park and next to Hushan Reservoir, the air is incredibly fresh. In spring and summer, it's a feast for the eyes with lush greenery everywhere – so relaxing and beautiful. From the hotel's second floor, you can directly access the Banshan scenic area. If you head left after exiting, you can hike up to Wangchen Pavilion.

## Service:
The staff were excellent. Since we were traveling with a child, they even upgraded our room. Upon check-in, we were informed about free parking, and they promptly registered our license plate. On the morning of May 1st, the restaurant was crowded, and we had to wait for a table. The restaurant staff were also very quick at clearing dishes.

## Hygiene:
The guest room was spacious and very clean. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the toilet and bathroom in the room had a slight odor.

A very satisfying trip:

1. Because it was off-season, the room type was upgraded for free;

2. Originally, we ordered breakfast for two on Ctrip, but after arriving at the hotel, we saw that there were three of us, and we got another breakfast for free. The breakfast was very rich and was delivered directly to the room.

3. The package I bought on Ctrip came with an afternoon tea or light meal for two. We chose the light meal, but because we played in the city late, the kitchen kept it for us until 8 pm.

4. The room had twin beds, but because there were three of us, the waiter thoughtfully added a quilt for us, so that each person could sleep on a quilt and it was very comfortable.

5. The hotel is on the top of a small hill, with a unique view, and the frosted leaves are redder than the flowers in February.

I chose this Radisson Hotel for my Dragon Boat Festival trip. The overall experience was good. Let me talk about the good points first: the hotel called to confirm the day before the trip and inquired about the needs. After arriving at the hotel, they upgraded to a family room👍The hotel is in Yucun Nearby, there is a mountain view outside the window, the air is fresh and pleasant, and there is plenty of food and shopping. The two-person cycling experience was great. From the exclusive cycling track at the door to Laoling Reservoir, the road and vehicle conditions were very good. Let me talk about the things that I am not satisfied with. The hotel facilities are relatively old, including floors, wardrobes, and backrests on the bed. The fitness facilities and environment are also relatively simple. However, the service staff was still very enthusiastic and gave fruit as a gift when checking out. It is a good choice for a weekend self-driving trip.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good; I slept well that night. I came for the hotel's ambiance, and escaping the city to breathe fresh air was fantastic. A shout-out to Xiao Liu at the front desk—she was friendly and efficient. She was patient with us when we asked for directions and helped us with our things, and she was always smiling, making us feel very welcome. The location is also convenient, and the price is great!

We left Shanghai early in the morning on Qingming Festival and arrived at the hotel at 8:30. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family suite with my friend’s family. We have to say that the hotel is so grand. The environment is also very good, especially friendly to tea lovers, and many tea tables and tea sets are provided for free use. It feels very cost-effective during the holidays.

For the past two years, whenever I've visited Putuo Mountain for a pilgrimage, I've chosen to stay at the Radisson Manor. One major reason is the ability to book early morning services at Fayu Temple for the next day. More importantly, staying here allows me to constantly experience the Radisson's meticulous service. This time, due to the rain, I opted to have several meals at the hotel for convenience. The dishes were exquisite and the taste was superb. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the restaurant staff, particularly a server named Xiao Xie. Additionally, the complimentary travel photography service was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities, as an older star-rated property on the island, are a bit dated, I believe the Radisson will still be my top choice for my next visit to Putuo Mountain.
