Spacious, clean apartment with all the amenities. 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen.
Paid parking, limited free street parking.
Small pool for such a large complex.
Breakfast was adequate and varied, but half-board was poor quality. Two fish dishes and two meat dishes, but lacking in flavor on all the days we stayed.
Towels are charged €5, plus a €10 deposit until they are returned.
For stays of less than 3 days, sheets and towels are not changed.
A kitchen cleaning kit is provided; if left dirty, there is a penalty.

It has been a wonderful stay at General! One thing I did not like, that when I arrived I had a photocopy of my credit card in front and behind. It would have been enough ahead and the truth, it is very delicate that the card numbers go around there in sight ..... Otherwise at reception, both day and afternoon the phenomenal treatment. Special attention to the people of the Bar who have always been attentive to the welfare of the client, having incredible details when one day I arrived late and did not know that the snack was closed and they provided me with dinner even after being closed. This was very much appreciated! Thank you very much to all !!

I was overall very happy with my stay. The hotel is neat, simple, and well maintained—nothing fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There’s no on-site breakfast; instead, breakfast is ordered through a third-party service. I chose not to book it, and honestly didn’t miss it at all. There are plenty of great cafés nearby, which I would highly recommend instead. The reception staff actually suggested this as well when I asked, which I appreciated—they were very honest and helpful.

The room was cleaned properly every day, and everything I needed was provided. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to get around.

Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, simple hotel in an excellent location.

I booked a family room, which included a living room and kitchen. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway station. There's a supermarket across the street, which is very convenient. The cleanliness was acceptable; even though I checked in late, the staff had already made up the sofa and bed.

The hotel is a beautiful holiday apartment hotel with several buildings surrounding the hotel's swimming pool and gardens. Each room has a separate living room and bedroom, all facing the garden, TV, refrigerator, washing machine. The bed linen and shower were excellent. This is a great value holiday apartment hotel, a great value hotel for a trip to Marbella. The hotel offers free garage parking.

It's great, the room is big and there is a sofa bed, no problem for family travel. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby, and Carrefour is right opposite. Worth recommending
