The hotel isn't bad. The breakfast for a 3-star is actually pretty good. However, the single room is very small; it looks bigger in the pictures, so it's better to book a double. Also, the soundproofing is practically non-existent; it feels like the walls are made of cardboard. You can hear conversations and alarms. Luckily, my neighbors were quiet, adult, and well-behaved people, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep or relax.

Daniel at the reception was wonderful. There's always water available, fruit-infused water at the front desk, and even gummies and marshmallows – a huge hit with the kids. All the attractions are nearby. We booked this hotel to go on a cruise, and we walked to the cruise port in 10 minutes with our luggage and child. The rooms are bright, clean, and the pillows are fantastic. For breakfast, there's coffee and fresh orange juice. Plus, all guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine in their room upon arrival. For Russian citizens without an international credit card, please note that a 100 Euro deposit is required at check-in; we paid in cash.

Location is excellent. Can walk to many attractions even when just walking around the small alleys. There’s cafes bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Carrefoure is opposite the hotel as well. The room is true to the photos. Clean and big bathroom. However as we had jet legs we slept pretty early. Was woken up by the rooftop bar around 9pm. It was very noisy and I guess with the hollow interior the sound is pretty loud. There’s also no air conditioning this time of the year which makes it pretty stuffy. However will recommend for its location and cleanliness nonetheless.

After two hours at the hotel front desk, my order was still not confirmed. Ctrip always blamed the agent. But since they provide this service, why don't they help guests confirm it in advance? Why do they have to let guests suffer this? Must they waste so much time and worry waiting at the hotel front desk? If it is still not resolved in the future, I will not use Ctrip again
