I thought this hotel was great! Friendly staff at check in, the bar and cleaning staff. Rooms were comfy with appropriate amenities for this class of hotel and price point. Breakfast was repetitive, but the taste was good. Our bed was 2 singles pushed together which I think the hotel should think about changing as it was clear when you fell into the crevice between them. Didn’t use the pool or gym because of the weather, but would. Easy access to metro, Oxford Street and other downtown areas.

Very considerate, we were here in the week of Sydney Marathon, the hotel had prepared fruits and drinks in the lobby for energy refill, and a small sparkling wine for celebration of the runners’ effort. Very impressed.
For the facilities, it’s clean and comfortable, location wise, it’s wonderful, the metro station is just across the street, 2 stops to Sydney CBD.

Realty great location, super easy to get around the city from there. I stayed 2 nights, first room small but lovely and clean. The second night I moved into a bigger room and it was spectacular. Great reception service and over all vibe of hotel is very funky.
I had breakfast on the morning I left and it was great.

Extremely dissatisfied. I initially thought the hotel's amenities were decent, with a heated pool and sauna, and the Docklands location had good transport links (trams). However, the service was truly subpar.

I stayed for 6 days, and from the third day onwards, cheap items like coffee and tea bags were not replenished, trash bags weren't replaced, and the bathtub wasn't even cleaned or rinsed. Most importantly, I spoke to Karl at the front desk on the fourth day. He just perfunctorily noted my room number. When I returned and saw nothing had been changed, I went down again to request it. He continued to be dismissive, acting like a complete ****, completely unconcerned.

I will never stay here again. The service is appalling.
